Fantastic experience: It's a really supportive and encouraging environment, everyone you work out with is so lovely. The trainers are great too.

Negative experience: I was at F45 for a period of time and enjoyed the classes when we had a strong knowledgeable coach however, on the days when we had the weak coach, I found the class lacked value. Once the strong coach resigned, my motivation to continue also left. The business lacked maturity, and when I gave this feedback to the owner, Kelly, I received an emotive and immature response. The business has potential to be great, but will be limited by the absence of professionalism if the owner continues with this behaviour.

Fantastic experience: Wangaratta F45 is a fun, friendly and supportive. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to start their exercise journey. By doing the group classes it keeps you motivated.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful, inclusive and supportive environment. Family friendly environment with welcoming and supportive staff. The trainers are happy and willing to adapt and modify exercises to suit my fitness ability and are very knowledgeable when it comes to creating and managing fitness plans and goals. This is perfect for me as a working mum that struggles to prioritise workouts when time poor but wanting to stay active!

Fantastic experience: F45 Wangaratta - I can’t brag enough about it. Staff, programs, facilities, moral etc…are next to none. 200% guys. I’m a person that hate’s excersise but the start keep me motivated which helps me push through and hey I keep coming back. Can’t thank the team enough for their support and encouragement I’m more confident I’ve lost weight and feel great. If you’re looking for a guy give F45 Wangaratta a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: F45 is a fantastic gym, the trainers are great and very encouraging. There is always a good vibe at F45. If you are looking for a gym to join give F45 a go. Age is definitely no barrier, I'm so much fitter than I could ever have imagined.

Fantastic experience: Loving the challenge so far, the workouts are great, food can be customised to your taste and calculates required calories. The body scan gives an in-depth look at body composition and progress and Sarah is on-hand to answer any questions I have. The 45 minute time frame for workouts is great and the workouts are varied and interesting. The price is affordable too. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My favourite class Tempest….. I’m literally enjoying every second with group training while surrounding myself with those in the class. Smiling at everyone, saying hello, having little chats about how I am( how they are), the banter and the fist pumps after a session with people congratulating you for showing up. It puts you on a whole other fricken level.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to f45 , i can feel the difference in myself every time i go to a class not only is it keeping me fit , but i love seeing and doing the classes with the people i have meet they are all a wonderful group of people. I always know if i have had a bad day it always helps me smile again , i would recommend it to any age !! ps i can now do a push on my toes which i would never beable to do !!

Negative experience: I did see the Facebook advertisement and recommended some of my friends to try and when they told me the story i felt really bad for recommending this place without knowing. At the beginning conversation was to confirm if they like to continue the class after the challenge and they have confirmed that they don’t want to continue the classes. Where Kelly kept messaging and suspended the account before even 28 days exactly finish. But after 2 days started charging without even their permission and when questioned she stoped responding. And after the review got calls and trying to create a story. You can’t continue a business for long term like this try to respect all the customers even if they are not happy to continue the program.

Fantastic experience: F45 Wangaratta is a gym like no other. The support you get from the trainers is fantastic. They are approachable and always happy to help. The studio has an amazing group vibe and the people there make it easy to turn up and work out. The versatility between workouts using body weight and equipment means the workouts are never boring, and I like that there are regular challenges that you can take part in.
