Fantastic experience: I go for a casual visit sometimes and it definitely one of my favourite gyms around Melbourne friendly staff and clean with lots of space and can always get a machine even in peak hour times

Fantastic experience: Gym is lovely, extremely spacious and accommodating and the staff are even better. Rani always makes sure that the gym is spotless, will change or turn off the music when it's just me in the gym and he never fails to smile or make me smile. The gym has everything you could need. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience: Elevate is an amazing gym, I have joined many in the past and have never had this good of an experience. The front of house staff are amazing and super friendly and they have lovely personal trainers with fantastic knowledge Should definitely check them out

Fantastic experience: Best gym!! It's ALWAYS clean and very well maintained. The equipment is always put away in its correct place. Great space with a huge variety of machines and free weights, plus all the cardio machines you could ask for. I love that it is staffed 24/7. I train early morning so having staff onsite at all times makes me feel very safe, meaning I can focus on my workout. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Music requests are always welcomed too! Having the supps store on site is very convenient.

Negative experience: Loud music deterrence for me to join Looks like gym is good. Music blares, audible even on the reception, how loud inside it will be , anyone can guess. Why a good gym has to be loud?? All good gyms are loud ... When 99% patrons carry their own music headphones, why torture others with loud music.why can music be gentle???
Fantastic experience: Aw man.. this is by far the best gym I’ve been to by far including the staff being super welcoming The equipment is in great condition & it has everything you need x4 AND it’s 24/7 with the supplement store being at the front entrance.. You can also purchase a scoop of pre workout if you’ve forgotten yours at home.. If I lived in Melbourne, this would be my second home 1000%. I wish Perth had this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I recently had the opportunity to experience the customer service at elevate ,and I must say, it left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. They were not only professional but also genuinely interested in ensuring my experience was positive. the cleanliness and organization of the facility were impeccable, thanks to the efforts of the staff. They were diligent in maintaining hygiene standards, which is particularly important in a gym environment.

Positive experience: Spacious. Has enough machines and exercise equipments. Friendly staff, 24/7. Fares are reasonable. As it's in the craigieburn central, have ample parking. Only drawback is no Air Con. During winter, we're freezing inside.

Negative experience: craigieburn gym please sort out ....i am happy with the gym but not happy with your system .i cancel my membership more than month ago and your one of the staff member on the reception told me money will not deduct from your account after 30 days because all sorted but still money deducted from my account ...very bad expereince dob 17/12/1983

Negative experience: Very pricey in comparison to other gyms with additional costs that aren't properly disclosed on sign up, like quarterly fees. Fees are sometimes deducted fortnightly, other times it's weekly. The whole thing is very confusing and hard to understand. They sign up kids as casual users who run a muck in the gym, tipping over weights and running around the gym. No one monitors them. If you try and cancel your membership, it's got to be exactly a month before your contract expires and then they charge you for an extra month after that. Not sure who's writing all these positive reviews given the gym membership numbers have dropped drastically since I signed up.

They really make a great effort to get to know you and make sure you're comfortable.I've been coming to this gym for a few months now and I've seen some amazing results. Rana is the best and she adds to the overall great and welcoming atmosphere of this gym. Been a member here for almost a year now and have never looked back. Fantastic experience: This one goes out to Alysha. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for my training in the gym, improve my eating habits, having a healthier lifestyle, and most of all, remind me why I first started training in the first place. Negative experience: Most reviews here are fake and seems like the Gym owner’s /staff’s friends are writing those reviews so here’s the real review. Shady gym with dodgy lousy staff, with hidden charges on top of regular fee (15$ quarterly+69$ one time) which staff would try to hide from you. Here are few other observations to share - Cardio Equipment is old and need maintenance - Nobody does wipe off before n after equipment use and staff doesn’t care as well, as they are busy in accompanying their friends/busy in mobiles - Wet wipes are not available on few days and no one cares - Cardio Equipment is not properly bolted to the floor and its a big hazard (i hope someone would sue them if there’s an injury) - Very loud music most of the times - Mirrors on the Cardio side are falling off the walls It seems that owners are only interested for new users to sign up so that they cant cancel the contract before 1 year, and they have to pay the annual charges. I would definitely stay away from this gym as there are many options in the area

Fantastic experience: The crew members are exceptionally good and friendly… The gym itself has all the highly equipments for u to train well. However, the best part is that its 24/7 so it has been working very well for me.. I hope it does for every body as well.

Negative experience: Worst experience with a gym - ever! My husband and I joined last year in June on the yearly membership. Three months later, due to unexpected circumstances, we had to move to the South East of Victoria. When we explained this to the gym, we were told we had to still pay our membership costs, regardless of us not using the gym. How did they think we could make regular trips from the South East to the North?! We just finished paying our yearly membership, even though we did not use the facilities (because we were on the other side of Victoria) for 9 months. This gym only cares about their money. No customer support, no customer service and barely any replies to emails.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service, kind workers, The staff did everything they could to make me and my friend feel welcome. Specifically a worker named veronika, perfect service and did everything in her power to make our experience the best! Veronika definitely makes a great reputation for Elevate. Would definitely recommend going there!

Positive experience: The staff were ok I won’t say they where great or bad somewhere in the middle, the gym environment & atmosphere was different, all sought’s of people present, but that’s expected given the fact they are the only good gym in a 15 minute vicinity of the general area there’s no competition for them. I went for a gym tour, there’s quite a lot of equipment present in the gym, there’s no open fitness area for lunges, there’s tons of equipment and very little abdominal machines present, the space in the gym could be utilised better, it’s purely a weight gym & the fact remains despite these factors it’s still the best gym locally.
Fantastic experience: Love everything about this gym glad I joined only 1 little issue, they have their music so loud I can’t even hear my own music other than that great gym everything you need.

Fantastic experience: I like how all the services r available. Pre workout, protein, drinks, merchandise (really comfy) and even meals. One of the customer service representatives —> Nana <— is a really nice, and lively person, she also gave me really thoughtful recommendations to help me in my gym journey. Its always great to have a chat with someone that has knowledge on how to improve your gym journey as well as giving out fun vibes.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. So much cleaner than the previous gym I worked out at and I'm not tripping over myself with plates all over the ground. Staffed 24 hours a day who are all very friendly. Going to a new gym can be a daunting experience, but Alysha made me feel very welcome and feel very confortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to workout in at Craigieburn. I won't be going anywhere else now. Try it for a casual visit for $10 and you'll see what I am talking about.
