Positive experience: Pretty good range of equipment although it is very very busy and not enough equipment to service the amount of members on the books. Apparently they are getting a Reno so am eager to see if this improves things as there is never anything available

Negative experience: Criminal service, expensive, irresponsible, rude and unreasonable. Tricked 2 young girls into an 18mth contract with ridiculous joining fees. Would not refund so they waited. Contract is now ended and they have emailed, spoken on phone and in-person and they still wont stop taking weekly fees out. Considering talking to lawyers.

Fantastic experience: Sharing positivity to a younger generation!!! The importance of saying hello! Good to see you today and good bye when you leave FC. Probably the only fitness centre I have attended where all the staff will say something to you to welcome you when you enter and when you leave. I think it’s extremely healthy, helpful, polite but most of all you feel special… valued.! Zane would have to be the happiest person ever at the reception, young, polite and a good coffee maker if you drink à black coffee like me. But in fairness to the other people working at the reception at FC, everyone is doing the best to create a strong positive brand fitness cartel has become.

Negative experience: Trash gym, moved an hour away and they still didn’t cancel my membership. Obviously I paid up until the contract period was over and even with 3 months notice about not rolling over they still took money out of my account. Hayley and all the rest of the staff are lying thieves and as far as I’m concerned you guys owe me money.

Fantastic experience: It's the best gym I've been to. Big spaces, lots of equipment, great classes, super clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Very recommended! For the first time, I lasted longer than a year in the same gym and I don't intend to leave it.

Negative experience: Do not buy a membership here, such a joke and a complete scam of money from you, trying to end my membership after paying for a whole year and a bit yet they won’t let me give my 30 days notice and forcing me to continue to pay and getting direct debit to send me emails. it’s ridiculous how they trap you in like this. DO NOT go here. only gym that scams your money

Fantastic experience: Went in for a chat and look around, Ed was wonderful and helpful myself and my partner. Very thorough and helpful throughout the whole time. Have now joined the gym due to customer service and the lay out of the gym. Highly recommend taking a look and talking to Ed!

Negative experience: So glad to be out of this hole, watch out for this scamming gym. Even if you’ve never been here there were no day pass, they will force you to be a member and when you’re locked in well good luck. I joined at the start of January and finally out in April but within those times I had to spend more than $600. Unbelievably ridiculous contract, do not fall for this pretentious gym. Well over price for equipments that you can find everywhere else. I’ve never been so disappointed, I would’ve given them no star but I have to give 1.

Negative experience: Called them to Transfer a Membership and was Tolled it cant be done. But the person selling the Memberships already Transfer one no Problem. But when i called to Transfer i was Told No it cant be Done.

Negative experience: Doesn’t cancel your membership when you ask, then secretly builds up the “owed charges” and sends a debt collector to your door. Sick communication skills. More brawn than brains I see.

Negative experience: Can’t give 0 Stars so I have to give 1. I have been a member of this gym for 18 months and have never had such an issue with cancelling a membership that was due to expire (with no issues) in December. I have phoned, emailed three different email contacts/addresses, filled out online forms and not received a single response. I have been a member of 4 other gyms over the duration of 6 years and would recommend honestly anywhere else if you value your sanity. The classes and instructors were great but the managing of payments/memberships/cancellations is a complete joke. I am still yet to receive a response to my emails/calls. Not the sort of person to write a review, but hopefully this will allow me to get a response!

Fantastic experience: Signed up this morning. Mitch was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Very flexible with working out a deal for a FIFO roster.

Fantastic experience: Matt was great in the initial sign up process and showing around the gym, was in-depth and showed everything about and around the gym also helped with picking the right sign up package aswell. Will most likely update as I start to use the gym more but initially couldn’t fault the process or Matt himself

Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! My daughter has been trying to cancel her membership via the correct procedures (email) for the last 7 months, there has been no response to the 3 emails and no return calls even though she has called 3 times. Now they are sending me text messages about paying her membership. HAYLEY from accounts, can you sort this out. I have had to leave this review in order to try and get a response. My daughter called today so you should have a message from her.

Positive experience: Definitely has gone down in quality. Have visited 3 times previously in the past 3 years, also when it was originally a world gym. Equipment has not been maintained, grips fall off bars, padding falling off machines. Gym etiquette is poor, men gawking at girls with no respect. Not enough variety/quantity of machines and equipment.

Negative experience: The contracts seem to be alot of back and forth to cancel. You can go more than a week before getting correspondence! Signed up to a 3 month term, it says on the paper work I received I can give my notice so my term doesn't renew at the end of the 3 months. So I gave them 1 months notice (2months into my term) to tell them I won't be renewing at the end. They did not allow this even though I showed them my paperwork from them which said I could. So my 3 month contract ended up being 4 months. I was lucky enough to find a different gym which is amazing and have offered for me to train for free while I pay the remainder of the extra month.

Negative experience: I've been trying to cancel my membership for over 18 months. I've rang numerous times and also sent many emails over this time and they continue to take money out of my account weekly. After finally getting it cancelled they tell me their still going to take payments for another month even though I haven't been to this gym in nearly 2 years. Absolutely disgusting business and I would not advise signing up.

Positive experience: Kind of a “show off” gym , not my style, not enough machines during busy hours, however their machines are good and have great equipment. Probably the best gym on the Sunshine Coast,for those who like this Type of gym (I’m more into underground style)

Positive experience: Pretty great gym, BUT there are downfalls. Very chauvinistic people who go there, if that’s what you’re after this is the place for you. Aesthetic purple lighting sets a cool ambience. They need to crank the ceiling fans on more. The protein smoothies are bomb. Downfalls: there are random dudes there who come up to you while you’re using a machine and ask if you’re using it (which you clearly are) just as an excuse to talk to you and hit on you! The gym Manager has terrible interpersonal and professional skills.

Negative experience: Aggressive lock in contracts, Rude and lazy customer service. I quote “that’s not my job” when front desk were asked to have Hayley call us regarding cancellation. Absolutely painful experience. The absolute audacity of Hayley is embarrassing. You’re not a lawyer! Ps, they also offer store discounts for leaving 5 star Google reviews, (laminated signs in reception) which is a breach of policy… you can assume the majority of these reviews are to get free drinks.

Negative experience: Contract is designed to keep you in as long as possible. Staff do not monitor end dates and no confirmation for renewal after end date required by customer. Does not take "change of personal circumstances" into account. Takes 30 days to cancel. No notifications of when your membership is completed or prompt to continue. No staff follow up or action on member accounts when status queried via socials or emails. PTs were great, setup great. Membership contracts very poor and aimed to make as much money as they can. I had also been there twice with other members questioning why they were still being charged past membership end date. Written communication very poor and admitted no fault.
