Positive experience: Visiting Juniors Kingsford was a better experience than I expected. From the outside of the club, I didn't think it looked that big. But once inside, I saw the numerous areas. There are a number of restaurants, bars, a theatre and function centre as well as a fitness area. The club is modern, spacious, and very clean. We came here for a function. Service was great. Everything was already done and organised prior to arrival. Nothing additional needed to be added. The table settings were nice. When it came to dinner, service was efficient, friendly, and courteous. Staff were working hard and appeared happy. They willingly accommodated different dietary requests. Once the function was over, Juniors staff promptly began cleaning up and packing away. There was nothing that we needed to do. I had the chicken schnitzel for my meal. The serving size was generous, and the food was tasty. The chicken was well cooked, meaty, and succulent with a crisp crust. It was served with chips, salad, and mushroom sauce. All parts of the meal ate well together.

Fantastic experience: Lovely area.. public transport is so reliable and you have options

Positive experience: Went to seey granddaughter's Christmas dance concert. Loved the concert but the acoustics were shocking. The club needs to correct this.

Fantastic experience: I thought a Beachboys Tribute Show was going to be a bit mundane... the opposite was true. Best Tribute Show ever, with the right attitude, innocence and joy of the 1960s - 1970s. Great evening. Steve

Positive experience: Your bar person Kerrie has as much personality as wet paint no greeting or even a thank you.

Negative experience: We drove from Melbourne and came here for dinner to catch up with friends (as it was convenient for them). First impression was the weird welcome where you have to prove ID at the door. I showed my Victorian Digital Drivers license which was reluctantly accepted. Then to the restaurant where the queue to order food was almost out the door. The menu had just 2 Vegan options so after an hour I lined up and ordered the pasta dish labelled VGO on the menu and confirmed it was the vegan option. She replied that it had truffles on the dish. I replied that I didn’t know what that was so if it’s not vegan then leave it off the plate. She asked if I was a member, I’m not I just drove up from Melbourne, so she charged me more. A penalty for not being local. After an hour the food arrived with cheese on top. The woman who took my order didn’t understand anything I had said. They took the plate back and after another 30 minutes got the VGO option. There was also the issue of ordering a side of steamed vegetables that never arrived but I was too tired by this stage of the night.

Positive experience: Great place to grab a bite or have some drinks

Negative experience: Old and rundown. They have a big theatre room for shows which is ok. The bistro has standard pub type food. A lot of fried options.

Negative experience: Generous giving 2 stars Juniors! Poor show tickets and seating service....couldn't book online and the seating map was misleading and the customer reprezentative was there to sell not give customer service....very very disappointing

Fantastic experience: The bus stop and the light rail stations are at the same place. The L3 line stops at Junior Kingford and starts again towards the circular circuit. There are a lot of buses going towards the CBD and taking an express bus is a lot quicker than the light rail. A lot of dining options are available within walking distance to UNSW.

Positive experience: Not too expensive. Sirlion was ok - a bit dry tho. Can improve on the mixed salads, cut into smaller pieces.

Positive experience: My friend and I had a great show in the auditorium. Then went to the bistro for dinner. My friend asked for no bacon on her burger. Plus sweet potato fries. They added bacon. When she asked for a NEW burger, they had obviously just pulled the bacon out. She complained & finally got a new burger but had lost her appetite by then. She's a regular and a high roller. She said they're not good under pressure. It was a busy Sunday night so they need to up their service.

Fantastic experience: Attending many shows, love the Wednesday Trivia, dining regularly it’s now the only club I go to.

Negative experience: Walked in, greeted disrespectfully. Wanted to have a nice meal and play some games. Two forms of ID were not enough to gain access to the club. Staff were questioning my age, felt very disrespected as I’m born in the 90s. Will not be back again… very rude service.

Negative experience: The Gym at S Juniors, especially the changing rooms are constantly with lockers, which don't work shower doors which don't close and empty soap dispensers. It's very disappointed to see that as its a gum which is quite expensive and the instructors are very encouraging and professional.

Negative experience: Came to this restaurant on family recommendation, for a large reunion event. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service was top notch Cantonese cuisine with lots of seafood options. Would recommend to come here for the food, but prepare yourself for a hostile welcome at the entry. It spoilt our family dinner, don’t let it spoil yours. While the door staff are required to scan IDs, the dude that we got was rude and disrespectful. When challenged he doubled down by refusing to disclose his name, and hid his ID badge from view, which IMHO is highly suspicious behavior. Finally he called the duty manager, who did nothing to support the customer (us) but did at least escort us to the restaurant. Come for the food - but be prepared for a very unfriendly experience at the door. I will certainly not be returning here and will recommend others to avoid - it's just not worth it!

Negative experience: Just left juniors, 3.15pm, no choice, was in Henry’s bar having a bet, no drinks service there or at the main bar near the food area. When leaving , noticed you had 4 at reception, no customers entering. No more to add, go figure….

On Saturday18th November I took my beautiful Mum out for her Birthday Lunch ️ #Celebrating her Special Day. We had #Seafood Plater×2 Absolutely 100% #QUALITY Club Bistro Menu food . The Customer Service we received at Club Reception was Pleasant & Professional Mum joined Club Membership so that's how #IMPRESSED & completely #SATISFIED with our EXPERIENCE so Thank You to ALL the Staff @South Juniors Footy Club Kingsford. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Club for their Hospitality, Great Food, Awesome Atmosphere & professional Customer Service . I give this venue a 8 out 10 points for Overall Experience.

Negative experience: Poor service and I came across a very rude and disrespectful bartender his name was Andy, he started raising his voice at me just because I asked him nicely why can’t I get cocktails at this bar when I was sent here from another bar for cocktails! Never going back there again.

We were so happy to have met Maria as she really explained all details including questions we never asked. She took her time with us detailing all about The Juniors Club. We left the club very happy to become members.

Positive experience: It has been years since I have been to the Juniors club, many changes but I parked myself in the sports bar, had a couple of scooters and enjoyed my time there. The bistro looked good, plus a nice choice of restaurants. The gaming floor is huge, stayed away from this. Overall I had a nice visit to a landmark rugby leagues club. Sat also in the alfresco area watching the world go by. Location is easy to access now there is light rail right at the front door.
