Negative experience: i make a cancellation membership on last month, and then they told me u have to pay for the cancellation fee for more less a month, i do pay of the last of the month, but they still taking money from my bank account

Negative experience: I was in Swan Hill for a few months, and before leaving, I canceled my subscription (which, in fact, was very expensive) After that, they kept deducting money from my bank account. When I called to complain, they told me that you have to pay an extra month after cancellation, which I find unreasonable if you’re not using the facilities. They said it’s in the contract you sign at the beginning, but no one explained that to me. So be careful! Don’t trust them and read everything.

Negative experience: Never any water in the water fountain, aircon always broken, staff unfriendly, expensive membership for very little equipment.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised, friendly environment. There was a lady who brought life jacket for my young one but my little one was adamant to continue with her oversized life jacket but I really appreciate her thoughtfulness. Water was clean and warm, I bought goggles from them for my kids and we had a good time - thanks everyone you are fantastic .

Positive experience: the staff are very nice and it is not very busy in the gymnasium which is great. If there was a spa, sauna and hydro pool i would give the place 5 stars.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. Extra care keeping chamge rooms clean. Great prices at $6.30 per person for a swim. Would be nice if open a little later ( 7.30 say, centres open till 8pm)as finish work 6pm so hard fit a swim in before 7 pm

Fantastic experience: Great gym and heated pool, great spin classes/les Mills pump classes. It's got the ovals next to it which is good if your like me and go for a run then swim.

Negative experience: Went there for a swim and paid $16 entry. After a half an hour we were asked to leave as the life guard had to go but would be back later if we wanted to come back. We were not offered any money back or a refund even though the receptionist said she should have advised us.
