Fantastic experience: I've been training at Snap Vermont South for the past year and a half and it's been the best gym experience for me that I've had. I've tried many gyms in the past including brand and independent but Snap Vermont has clicked for me. There are a varied amount of machines and areas, and although it can be trickier during busier times due to the smaller size I've never had to postpone an exercise from my workout. The smaller nature of the gym results in more of a community feel and you get to know those you come at the same times as you do. The staff have sold this gym to me, the manager Rhys and the PTs Thomas and Varun are always enthusiastic and encouraging to all, make you feel welcome, and truly believe in you no matter what your goals are. They have turned the gym into a positive experience that keeps me coming back.

I train with Thomas who’s knowledgeable and an excellent motivator, he’s helped me come a long way in s short space of time!!! Great value for your Time and money!! The other PTs in the gym - Rhys and Varun are helpful and approachable!

Positive experience: Small facility but does the trick when not busy (+8ppl). Almost missed it driving pass, looks like it can be converted into a small corner outlet store.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to this gym for about 8 months. This gym has all the equipment we need to achieve our goals. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and always available to assist and weekly cost is very reasonable with 24 hours availability. Highly recommend.

Most importantly though, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always available to assist. They have a social media presence, which provides additional motivation. Finally, the weekly cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Member for 5+ years. Low maintenance, loyal customer who never complained despite the place being an unhygienic mess with broken equipment and disinterested staff. Long story short - My bank closed over the holidays and I had to change banks. My payment declined and what do you know; they come out of silence and start harassing me, hitting me with late fees. This is despite me offering to give them my credit card over the phone. I was shocked & decided to move gyms so they demanded 30 days notice. Ridiculous. Clearly struggling financially due to COVID, but this is not how you retain customers and increase your earnings $$ Avoid avoid avoid.

The equipment is high quality and kept in good order and the air circulation inside with the air con on is great in comparison to other gyms I’ve visited. The staff, Lauren and Tommy are fantastic and friendly and do a great job running the gym. If you want an affordable gym to workout at, highly recommend Snap Fitness Vermont South!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best I ever have. The manager Lauren is the most friendly and helpful. As a new immigrant, I always ask for help and advice. She is always happy to help. She helps me how to select tights and shoes, etc. Tommy is the best private trainer. He trains me twice per week. Two months past, my body shape is changing greatly. I really appreciate that.Tommy trains me with elaborate plans, so that I don’t feel too hard or bored. He also gives advice of what to intake and how to monitor the intake as I want to lose weight.

Fantastic experience: From day 1 Lauren has been amazing! She's answered all my questions and explained all the ins and outs of the gym and different memberships to me (more than once, when I needed it). Tommy has been an awesome PT. He takes the time to understand your goals and explains the purpose of each exercise, he also pushes you (which is something I need) to your full potential, and then some. Both Lauren and Tommy are incredibly professional, fun, and friendly. The gym itself has a variety of workout equipment, toilets, showers, hygiene stations and more. Would highly recommend Vermont South Snap Fitness

Negative experience: No 1.25kg plates! Are you insane? Apparently they took them away when they brought in new equipment?!?! The fellas working the gym floor are nice, but whoever made that decision must have never lifted weights seriously in their life. Absolutely confounding to me how you could even consider that. Otherwise a very nice facility with good equipment. Shame the higher ups made such a catastrophic decision

Fantastic experience: Very understanding staff, freindly, welcoming and helpful. Clean facilities with all the equipment that i need. Staff showed sympathy when i hadnt been there for a while due to a severe injury and offered to suspend my membership for the duration of the time i was not there and further till i was healthy. Unlike some other fitness centers i find the other members here a so polite and willing to share. So glad this place exsists near my home. Works in well with my work being able to go late in the evening. If you ever need a fitness center, go to snap, speak to Matt. He's good at his job and understands people well.

Fantastic experience: Snap VS is a great place to go for a workout. It has a good range of equipment to suit most people and the gym is always well maintained. The PTs are experienced and very professional. The icing on the cake is manager Matt who is always welcoming and willing to give you a hand. I have spent nearly every afternoon there for over a year and met lots of friendly people while getting fit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Club manager Matthew is very welcoming and always willing to give his time to help others. Not a bad basketball player either, most games can give you a very solid 10pts and 10 rebounds but on a good day he can just as easily give you 10 assists as well.
