Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. Started my journey with fitness just over 6 months ago and the trainers have helped me with their free programs to achieve my goals. Not only are all the staff so friendly but so are the other people that go here, friendly and welcoming environment in a good sized gym which is very clean.

Negative experience: I normally don't write reviews, but I just had to with this place. This is an ok beginner gym, but not a serious gym if you're into weight lifting. The equipment is all outdated, and worn out. There is barely any decent cardio equipment. The treadmills are from the dark ages, treadmills these days have interactive screens, and the ability to sync with your phone and video streaming platforms. You can't deadlift because the flooring isn't suitable, and there are only two squat racks, which feel and look flimsy. The vibe of the gym is quite awkward and weird. Unlike other gyms I have been to, there isn't any commraderee amongst the members. No one here is courteous of other members, always leaving plates and dumbells everywhere. I never saw anyone re-rack their weights. The gym isn't cleaned very often, with bins overflowing with rubbish, and rubbish on the floors. The toilet/shower area is similar to that of an outback truck stop, really gross and smelly. I would rather go home or hold it in instead of go in there. The members here will need an information session on where the flush button is located. The worst part is that they let members with children come in. Normally, I don't mind, but when the kid starts playing around on equipment, running around, and leaving things everywhere, it becomes very distracting. Looking at the Indian gentleman who comes in with his son in the evenings, and never cleans up after himself. How is that not a liability for the owner of the gym? A child should not be playing around with dumbells, barbells, machines, and the cable machine. It's not a good look for your gym at all. Most of all it's extremely distracting to members who are there to seriously get a work out in, but instead have to navigate their way around this annoying kid. The staff here are ok, but not as personalable as other gyms. The tour given by the young lady was just her pointing at things, which took a total of ten seconds. She couldn't even be bothered to fake a smile. Compared to other gyms where they actually take you around and show you the facilities. Then take the effort to remember you, support you, and check in with you. I do not reccomend this gym to anyone as it is so outdated, and depressing. New equipment, cleaner surroundings, and much better customer service is needed desperately.

Fantastic experience: Good sized gym with plenty of space and equipment, I love the space some gyms are a bit poky. The staff kept things clean even before covid happened. They are exceptionally helpful with sharing knowlege and support but will leave you to do your own thing if thats what you want aswell. I've been going here for nearly 2 years. One of my favorite gyms I've been to in my life.

Positive experience: This gym is not for everyone. It's small and doesn't have a wide selection of equipment however it is still adequate enough for a decent work out. It is quiet most of the time, so those who enjoy a quiet gym with not a lot of people will certainly enjoy this gym. The membership is a little pricey though.

Fantastic experience: Clean and spacious Not a lot of PTs but the staff are friendly and the bonus is you will get on the machine you want pretty quick as it's never too busy.
