Fantastic experience: Nice little gym, atmosphere is friendly. I really loved the personal aspect of the place. The staff were all super friendly and I enjoyed a greeting upon arriving and sharing conversations with them.
Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym run by the lovely Belle. It is a medium size gym so you don't get lost in the crowd.The equipment is in great condition and the gym is always well maintained. There is on street car parking as well as a large carpark out the back.

Despite not being a huge facility, it boasts ample space and a great variety of equipment. One of the things I love most is the dedicated area for stretching, which is often overlooked in other gyms. The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful, always willing to lend a hand or offer advice. The atmosphere is second to none, creating a really positive and motivating environment. Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with friendly staff. Membership price is cheap when compared to most other gyms. Can get quite busy during peak times but this can be expected at most gyms. Only left as I am moving houses.

Fantastic experience: A really nice, small-ish gym, it’s not intimidating if you’re new to going to the gym because there are all different shapes and sizes and ages here. A good range of weight training and cardio equipment. The facilities are kept very clean and staff are approachable. Good value for money and it was no hassle at all for me to cancel when I moved out of the area. Only downside to this gym is that it doesn’t have lockable lockers, only cubby holes. But in this small and friendly gym with comprehensive CCTV, I’ve never felt my things were at risk of being stolen. If I wasn’t moving away I would remain a member here for a long time.

All the gym equipment one would need for most body and fitness goals under the sun, and a great community of members that from my experience make it easy to chat to others or get into your own zone. Fantastic experience: On returning to the Gym today, I got such a lovely welcome back from Peter and Anthony. During the time they were closed, they have completely redone the Gym and it is top class. Spotlessly clean, redesigned, painted and new equipment. Highly recommend.
