Fantastic experience: What a fab place to exercise and meet new people with like-minded goals! I hadn’t been to a gym for many years and was initially anxious; however, Christine (owner) and other members were only too welcoming. Joining this gym has been the best decision I have made in a long time regarding my physical and mental health. Christine is passionate about helping her members achieve their goals through listening and encouragement, and with a bit of a giggle at the same time. It’s why I keep turning up! I recommend and encourage others to take the leap and join the fun.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go anywhere else. Awesome instructors who give you the personal attention needed to start your fitness journey, they offer full support and options for people who find things a little hard. Absolute game changer and life changer for most. The owner has a passion for what she does and it shows in her work and her clients. Very reasonably priced and no hidden costs. I absolutely recommend this gym to everyone.
