CrossFit^® Altitude

Fantastic experience: I started CrossFit a few weeks back. Wanted to start months ago but put it off as was intimidated that I might not be able to perform most of the exercises. Ash and Mel, the CrossFit Altitude coaches welcomed and supported me, prsvided the environment that I can build my capabilities and feel comfortable to perform. The team is friendly and supportive. I love it, and already developing an addiction.

Fantastic experience: I’m 58 and have been going to gyms regularly since I was 18. But this is by far the best gym I’ve been to. I’ve been there over 2 years now and I’ve always been encouraged to lift at my own pace. I’ve surprised myself with my improvement and how motivated I feel every time I turn up with the changing programme and all the committed inspiring people. So glad I found this place.

The members are welcoming and provide a real team atmosphere where regardless of your age or fitness level, they motivate you to do your best each time you step inside.
