Fantastic experience: Loving training with Live4Crossfit at Wetherill Park. Coaches are great, the workouts are tough (but catered to your abilities) and from the first time I stepped foot in the box I felt so welcomed by all the staff and fellow crossfitters! It's a great place to train and see results!

Wether you are a fitness freak, stay at home mum or new to the fitness industry you will find that this is the place you want to be :) and you get the chance to show become part of a special family, the FREAK family!

Fantastic experience: The biggest problem I find with getting fit and in shape is getting motivated , you will have no trouble finding motivation here ! The people here are truly family to my wife and I now . Not to mention I am physically doing things that I never thought I would be able to do ! Come down and make Crossfit a part of your life - you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Great place very good gym equipment, great bunch of trainers and athletes ,I train at this place 4 to 5 times a week love it☺
