Fantastic experience: True care Physio are very professional and caring team. When I first went to Mouli I was having trouble even sitting for 5mins due to a sprained sacrum joint area. After consultations and Pilates I am now able to sit for up to 10 hours in the car just having come back from a trip to Sydney. I throughly recommend them to get you moving again. Karen

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Truecare Physio enough! Prasi is highly experienced and extremely thorough. The physios within this clinic use a wide variety of techniques including dry needling, manual therapy and perscribe at home exercises to complete between appointments. They also have a wonderful pilates studio! The receptionist is very friendly and warm, always making an effort to accommodate all patients. Thanks to all the staff at Truecare!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Sami at Truecare Physiotherapy Sale since 2022. In that time, he has treated me for a knee injury and lower back issues, with great success. Sami is not only knowledgeable, but is also gentle but thorough, and I highly recommend him. I now attend Pilates twice a week, and Sami’s exercises have not only assisted in my recovery, but have built my core strength so that I feel stronger and more stable now in my 60s that I did before I started. The Truecare Physiotherapy Sale Pilates program caters to a range of needs, with options from individually supervised, to supervised group and self-managed, and the other physiotherapists are happy to provide assistance and advice as needed. I highly recommend the staff and the programs at Truecare Physiotherapy Sale.

All of the team there are fantastic at what they do. The Pilates also really helps to keep things in check and a great prevention technique. The machines are in good order and support is wonderful. Fantastic experience: I recently had a lower back (lumbar) problem and made an appointment with them where I was seen by Sami. He was brilliant, after discussing my issue he checked me out then gave me some exercises to do. I noticed within days an improvement, and a few more days had no issue with my back. Had a follow up appointment 10 days later with Sami where no more follow ups are required. I was so impressed and can't rate Truecare highly enough. If you have an issue this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely FABULOUS clinic offering expert physio treatment and a fantastic reformer pilates studio. The team there are exceptional - Jess at reception is simply a joy, always genuinely warm, friendly, professional and so helpful. Krishna is an amazing physiotherapist who explains things so clearly, demonstrating on himself and in the mirror so it’s clear to see both how my posture and gait is impacting my body, and what correct positioning looks like. I’ve come in limping badly or unable to move my neck or shoulders and with dry needling and/or stretching, I’ve left in great relief thanks to Krishna. I now do pilates twice a week on my own in their pilates studio, with monthly check-ins with Krishna who tailors my program for optimum results. This is my healing place and I’m so thankful for all the incredible care by the team there.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Mouli at True Care post ankle reconstructive surgery and was pleased when I noticed an immediate improvement after my first appointment. Since then the team have been able to help me improve and maintain longer term issues that many others have not been able to. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Prasi a physio at True Care physio to assist with my ongoing recovery from an acquired brain injury which has impacted my ability to control my left side, balance, speech, depth perception and coordination of multiple limbs at once. My support team and medical team have been blown away with my progress thanks to Parsi. True Care have amazing staff, great gym set ups across two locations and their Sale receptionist always goes above and beyond to ensure I feel welcome and at home. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending true care physio in both sale and Maffra for the past 18 months. I have been very happy with the delightful receptionist who greets me with such a cheerful hello. And the physio’s I see have helped me strengthen my back both in the sessions I see them and have given me exercises to take home. I am very impressed as they are about strength building, healing and education. Other clinics kept me coming back when it was not necessary. True care go above and beyond to get you back to your fit and healthy self. 100% recommend!

Negative experience: Went here for a hip issue, explained to the physio that I have severe lower spine damage and not to touch my spine. I was there to learn exercises that would strengthen the muscles around my hip. That was all. The physio then had me lay on the table and immediately pushed hard and fast on my lower spine causing immediate pain and I have been left in pain ever since. This visit was in October 2023. I spoke to the owner days later who made promises to fix the damage caused by his employee and never heard from them again. Its been 6 months. I would avoid this place completely. Owners only concern was getting a bad review not care of customers. Taking a year to respond to a patients concerns is pathetic. Yes I attended for a hip issue and informed your worker to not touch my lower spine at all. The first thing he did was push hard on my lower spine and caused severe pain for over 6 months. I spoke to the receptionist about my concerns when I was contacted about a missed follow up appointment I never made. I spoke to the owner who said he would devise a plan to fix what his employee did then never heard from your business again. Ever. I would not recommend your business as your workers cause injury and the owner really couldn't care less. If it takes you a year to respond to reviews, don't bother responding.

Fantastic experience: Having a relative easy life of no major injuries , I was quite miffed when I heart my back playing golf! Mortified when Prasa said no more golf for a while !!! , how long is a while ? Was my first response! 6 to 8 weeks, I'm sure the whole of Sale heard me groan !!!. But happy to say with the assistance of Prasa I'm back on the course albeit at a gentler rate in just 4 Weeks, and doing excersizes to get me fitter than I have ever been.. thank you Prasa, your a champion.
