Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit GEO in 2017 while in my 50's. Crossfit was a new sport to me and I quickly fell in love with it. Now in my 60's this is still the best sport for your health and fitness. The coaches at GEO are by far the best in the business. They not only ensure you are doing everything correctly and safely, the make it fun while you do it. I could not recommend Crossfit GEO more highly, it is not a gym, it is a community.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a couple of sessions while away. The people at GEO are super lovely and make you feel right at home. Coaching is to a high standard and it’s a great space with everything you need. Will be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to give crossfit a go because it looked like fun. 3 years ago I underwent a back operation and I was concerned that I would not be able to do any of the lifting and that it was not for me. I found the instruction at GEO to be very good with attention to detail with focus on safety. I have found that I have gained muscle, confidence and have gotten more out of crossfit than I have gotten out of about 10 years of going to a normal gym.

Fantastic experience: I started at Crossfit Geo after the lock downs eased. The workouts are structured really well and there is always a great mix of athletic and weight lifting each week. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance which is great! The trainers are focused attentive and friendly and you couldn't ask for more in a gym. The main thing is that everyone does the workout together, and the trainers will scale or modify any exercise for you. I have recommended Geo to my friends and I recommend it to anybody that would like to have their workouts ready so all they have to do is rock up and go.

Fantastic experience: Good vibes, great programming, impecible coaching. GEO has a great community. The programming is written with purpose, it's effecient, safe and effective. The coaches are well educated and informed. Options for everyone. Geo is diverse and I'm really glad I found this place!

Fantastic experience: I have walked past this gym for years and alway wondered what it was about. Finally took the plunge and went in and spoke to Adam and have been hooked ever since. I’ve tried vision, F45, fitness first and all the rest and this hands down takes the cake. A great sense of community, mixed levels of fitness and excellent trainers. I’ll be here for the long haul.

Fantastic experience: If you want to get stronger, fitter and build skill no matter your current fitness level GEO is the place. Great programming, great coaches and a great bunch of people to work out with. I couldn’t be a bigger advocate for this for gym!

Fantastic experience: The guys are Geo are fantastic...they tailor to your needs, current standard and to what you want to achieve. It's not a one size fits all program, they adapt to all standards, body shapes, and abilities. If your experienced they'll have something for you, if you're starting out they'll have something for you. I've been a member of numerous gym's over the years, and Geo is the one I've stuck to as it changes and adapts and is never the same, it's never boring and always challenges me.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant! Great coaches, space, people and routines - fantastic mixed of cardio, mobility and weight training. New to CrossFit and have the technique to match. GEO provides the perfect place to develop the core skills without dragging down the rest of the class. Loads of fun. Highly and happily recommended!

Fantastic experience: I'd been doing CrossFit for years before I joined this box and still learn a thing or two every now and then from the coaches here. They're really good. You feel like you're dead at the end of each session but that's a good thing!
