Fantastic experience: Started attending Strength Mechanix with my NDIS participant. Was training with them as motivation and ended up loving the coaches and the sessions. They know their stuff and how a body moves and will adapt exercises to suit my ability. Do yourself a favour and give this gym a go, it's not judgey or full of beefed up egos.
