Fantastic experience: Coast2Coast has one of the most amazing supportive communities I have ever been apart of and on top of that they have some of the best supporting coaches who help you through every workout If you're thinking of giving CrossFit a go the I would definitely suggest getting into Coast2Coast and giving it a go You'll forever thank yourself for doing it

Fantastic experience: I am a 69 year old father of 2 sons and grandfather of 5. I was introduced to CrossFit Firestarters by my son to improve my posture and mobility after many years of marathon running. Since day one I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey. I was apprehensive in the beginning when I saw the average age of the members was way below where I was. However, the enthusiastic support, encouragement and team spirit in the box put me at ease very quickly. The coaches are brilliant, professional and always ensure that I use the correct technique. I enjoy taking part in competitions whenever possible even though I am not a competitive person by nature. The atmosphere is always so positive and the support hugely encouraging. When it comes to CrossFit, age is a state of mind only. There is a place for all capabilities and I hope to occupy my little corner for many more years.

Fantastic experience: Went to Crossfit Firestarter with no idea about the box, just happened to be in the area. Turns out it’s one of the best boxes I’ve been to (I’ve been to a fair few). From the moment I got there I was welcomed with the warm and friendly smile of the owner Leah and her son Ocean. The members were all friendly and welcoming and gave a good push when I needed it. Good equipment, great coaching, family friendly box. The owners, Leah and Damien, have created a great vibe there. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit Firestarter in Clarkson, Perth in February after more than 15 years of zero fitness, and loved it from day 1. I admit I was terrified to start, and everyone I knew thought I had gone mad, but this just works for me.... It challenged me more than I had been challenged since before having kids, and the community at Crossfit Firestarter were so supportive, 1 and a half years later and I am so much fitter, stronger, happier and slimmer. No smoke and mirrors and every day is different. Thanks to Leah and Damo and their team I can honestly say I am a very different person to when I started and I love it!
