Fantastic experience: Great gym with warm and welcoming coaches. Supportive and inclusive environment. If you want a solid training session, try this place!

Negative experience: Very disappointed Customer Service in his social media, when I try to had information about this CrossFit training, Dylan the coach wasn’t even interested in share information, even he was offering other CrossFit training instead of his, then I send a message and it was useless, but then we talk about community in pride month just to look friendly and welcoming. Maybe you didn’t lose a client, but next time take a course of Customer Service

Fantastic experience: Amazing environment.

Fantastic experience: For someone who had never even heard of crossfit before CrossFit Dignus opened, this was the perfect place to start. The atmosphere is great and there is a real team vibe right from the get go. Both coaches Kosta and Claire are knowledgeable, approachable and always there to encourage, motivate and instruct so you know you're in good hands. I personally cannot believe the change in myself physically and mentally thanks to everything I have learnt from CrossFit Dignus. I'd recommend this gym to anybody and everybody :) :) :)

Fantastic experience: I started training at Crossfit Dignus only a few months ago. I was very nervous walking into my first class, not knowing anyone or what to expect. But I was thrilled when everyone was so supportive and motivating. I have grown so much confidence and love training everyday. I can see my body getting stronger and fitter every time I train. I can not recommend Claire or Kosta any higher, they are fantastic trainers who put so much emphasis on technique and living a healthy lifestyle!

Fantastic experience: Dignus is a fantastic environment which I could not recommend more. The coaches are so motivating and helpful. Over the last few months I have followed both there crossfit and nutrition programs, as a result, I am stronger, fitter, have lost weight and am overall happier and healthier. I now look forward to working out and couldn't have done it without Crossfit Dignus!!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Crossfit at Crossfit Dignus for 7 months now and I couldn't speak more highly of them. I have gained so much confidence in myself. My body has changed and overall has helped me with every aspect of my life. Especially learning to deal with stress a lot better. I feel apart of a very positive community of people and know I've made some really good friends. this place is the complete package for a healthy mind, body and spirit!

Fantastic experience: Words can't describe how good my first impression is of this place. Was chomping at the bit to do my first sesh. Now i'm chomping at the bit for the next one. Great coaching and a good team environment
