Negative experience: Average gym. However I never got my refund for the deposit I had to make for the access card, even though they said they refunded it, won’t be returning

Fantastic experience: Has an awesome recovery section at great prices. Also trained boxing under Braden, great trainer, welcoming and knowledgeable. Nice family friendly atmosphere

Negative experience: Registered on the 23rd of Dec so I can exercise for two weeks while holidaying on a no commitment contract. On all platforms they showed as open. Went to the gym after registering, no one was there, no one picked up the phone, no one answered the email. As I needed the gym for the holidays I emailed them on all their contact emails that I am terminating under Australian consumer law as they have not provided the service and I have right to. I again tried to call them on the other side of the holidays, no one picked up again. I had to reissue my credit card to stop payments, and now their direct debit company is chasing me, while still, after 3 weeks no one responds to my email to terminate. An absolute joke.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has more than enough to have an effective workout. There are free weights and machines. There’s even a cross fit and cross-training section. Daily rate is $15 - but reasonable prices for weekly and monthly rates (see pic) Would def return ️

Negative experience: Went to this gym about 7 yrs ago and it was great. I moved to Qld and before doing so I alerted the owners, 12 months later I start getting debt collectors contacting me, sorted it out with proof until I started recieving harrassing letters 6 months ago again seeking $1500.00. Disgusting behaviour on all accounts. I will not be paying.

Negative experience: $50 to replace a lost card which seems quite excessive. Called to cancel membership as I hadn't been using it since losing my card, told I needed to call someone else to cancel, and the lady who I believe was named Debbie made the call that "so you're cancelling because you just couldn't be bothered". When I called this out as being a bit rude, she doubled down by saying "sorry for having a sense of humour". Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I get a week membership each time I stay with the inlaws here and it's seamless to get set up and fairly priced.

Negative experience: My girlfriend had bought a membership here and she canceled it, and the lady had a rude attitude and made assumptions that she canceled, it because she may not have no known what she was doing rudely suggesting to follow a program despite my girlfriend already stating her reason which was clearly something other then that.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Im in town for work and they do a very reasonably priced short term membership with 24hr access. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: This is one of the only 24 hour gyms around in sale. Definitely the best price, and staffed. The owner rod is always there to give some tips or answer any questions even through you into a class or two that he is throwing. I think I pay 60 a month and it's worth every dollar. They have great equipment, great and helpful PTs. No complaints about this gym for a no lock in contract. 10/10
