Fantastic experience: Great equipment, plenty of space, staff who are helpful and pleasant. At 75 yo this is my first time in a gym. Question to myself, why did I not start much sooner. My joints are working better, and I feel healthier.

Fantastic experience: So stoked to have found the perfect gym! So friendly and welcoming, trainers are awesome, classes challenge and motivate you whatever your fitness level. You’re not just another membership number here. My 11 month old son loves the crèche they run in the mornings, the ladies that run it are fantastic. I thought getting back into exercise after time off would be horrible, but I’ve honestly enjoyed every minute. I have found my happy place :) Highly recommend!!
