Fantastic experience: I have been training at Siege for 7 months now and the results not only physically but mentally have been unbelievable. Before coming to this gym I never pushed myself and was scared to lift weights that felt heavy. Siege has allowed me the find my confidence in the gym as well as build a great network of people. I love the vibe of the gym and how I never felt judged to fail. Everyone is on their own journey and supports each other through theirs. Definitely would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place! Has always been very welcoming from day one, good at explaining everything to me as I was new to this type of gym. The workouts are fun and make you keen to return for the next one. The owner James pushes you to levels you didn't think you could make and supports you through the whole thing. You won't regret signing up that's for sure!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Siege for the last 18 months. The things that are most important to me in a gym are community, programming & coaching. I also tried a few CrossFit gyms when I moved to the area because that’s what I did before. The programming at Siege is similar to CrossFit methodology, with more emphasis on strength and a little less on gymnastics. It’s always varied, enjoyable, scalable to any experience level and set up well to build strength and fitness, whilst preventing injury. I’m stronger and fitter than I ever was during 5 years of CrossFit training. James, the head coach and owner, is obsessive about all the details and you can feel it from your first session. There have been several upgrades and additions to the equipment since I’ve been a member - everything’s great quality and in good condition. Finally, the best thing about Siege is the community. Every single member at this gym is a rockstar. Theres no egos, everyone is so welcoming, motivating and most of the time you leave feeling 10 foot tall. It’s a brilliant, supportive environment to enjoy your fitness, challenge yourself and have a lot of fun. Obviously, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Joined 5 years ago and my fitness has improved so much. Being able to challenge myself mentally and physically in a safe and encouraging environment. The tribe is like a second family in providing support and encouraging to hit those PBs. James is amazing at what he does and the nicest person. Love this place ❤️
Fantastic experience: Seige was my first proper gym experience, I started training a few years back and then moved away for a few years. I could never find another gym and coaches as helpful and welcoming as seige. I’m back training at seige now and love it more than ever!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with James and the Siege crew for 5 years and it has been fun and challenging in the best ways. I have found that my fitness and self esteem have improved so much. I have also discovered that I am capable of doing so much more than I thought. I’ve made some amazing friends along the way and the support and community in the gym is fantastic. I really do suggest for anyone considering joining a gym for the first time or looking to get back into it to come and give Siege a go, you wont regret it, I promise
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Siege Fitness for about 2 years now and the results I have got from the classes and the coaches are unbelievable. Not only will you see a change to your physical appearance, you will get to be part of the Siege community and receive positive feedback on technical aspects of the training provided by coaches that care. There are different time slots for classes during the week and Saturday’s ‘one in all in class’ is awesome. If you’re serious about wanting a change to your workouts, then I encourage you to come down and take the opportunity doing the 7 day trial that’s on offer. See you all soon.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love going to Siege. The coaches are super friendly and take the time to help you and encourage you to keep pushing yourself towards your goals. I have lost weight, gained muscle and noticed a huge difference in my fitness and strength. The people of Siege and coaches make it a great atmosphere to workout.
Fantastic experience: I started training at Siege just over 3 years ago .When I started I had a few challenges with some health issues lung capacity, blood pressure over weight etc .I’m now the strongest and fittest I’ve been . Taken a while to get there , still a few challenges to go . I have seen my body change over the 3 years And my latest medical shows this . James and his team are brilliant always making sure techniques are correct and if they aren’t James and his coaches will spend the time with you to sort and practice. All James programs will suit all levels of strength and conditioning and he will scale to suit your levels brilliant. There is no intimidation mirrors at Siege no intimidating egos Just friendly faces that want to improve their health and fitness. It’s my place to go. Thanks James and his wonderful coaches . I encourage you to tryout and then you will join up ,fun times ahead see you all there come on down.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been sweating it out at Siege Fitness for over three years now, and let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer! The strength and conditioning program is top-notch, and the coaches? Simply the best. They’re like the perfect blend of drill sergeant and cheerleader—super caring and dedicated, but also ready to push you to the limit (in a good way!). Last year, I had a hysterectomy, and they customised my workouts to help me bounce back. They’ve always been there for me, tweaking my routines whenever I’ve had an injury (not always gym-related—apparently, I’m not great at staying uninjured!). Siege Fitness has become a key part of my lifestyle. Who knew I’d feel fitter and stronger in my 40s than I did in my 20s? If you’re looking for a gym where the coaches genuinely care, make you laugh, and help you crush your goals, look no further than Siege Fitness!
Fantastic experience: I've been training with James and the team at Siege for nearly 5 years and it has honestly been the best thing I've ever done for myself. The atmosphere there is like no other and it's given me the confidence to do things I never would have dreamed of before starting. For anyone looking for a new place to train, with amazing coaches and a variable program to suit everyones capabilities I cannot recommend Siege enough.
Fantastic experience: I love the vibes at Siege which is why I'm still a member going on 2 years (this is the longest I have ever stayed with a gym). The coaches are lovely and helpful, the workouts are fun and challenging, the friends made at the gym are an added bonus. Thanks for creating this space James :)
Fantastic experience: I've been going to Siege for about 3 months now. I'm a 41 yr old that hasn't looked after my body and I have a lot of injuries from sports in my 20s. I hadn't worked out for about 10 years and was Abit self conscious about going back. James was so welcoming and made certain workouts for and as I couldn't do certain things with the group. Since joining I've became stronger and fitter and the pain from my injuries is becoming less and less. James knows what he's talking about and will accommodate to anyone. Can't recommend siege or James enough to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely Owners/trainers. A good vibe/gym to train in. Strength and conditioning, powerlifting, women's powerlifting. Would highly recommend if you are wanting something different from a commercial gym. You won't be disappointed!
Fantastic experience: Awesome group fitness classes! The coaches modify components to suit your injuries and level of fitness (if you need) whilst building your confidence. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Siege for over two years now, I would of never imagined the strength gains I have made, mindset changes and most importantly the friendships I have made. The trainers teach you proper technique on every lift, they constantly encourage everyone to do there best and are always there for support. Its more then just a gym, its a community.

My physical abilities and attitude towards myself have drastically changed for the better. James and the other coaches at Siege are second to none! There isn’t a gym like it anywhere in Newcastle and I am proud to be a part of this incredible team!
