Fantastic experience: Great programming and welcoming staff equal an environment where you are made to feel good about doing something for yourself, and your loved ones, with considered exercise sessions, programmed by Regional Level Crossfit athletes. Two thumbs up, you won't find a more experienced and welcoming Crossfit affiliate. An in-house remedial massage therapist helps too!

Fantastic experience: New to the CrossFit Origin team but loving it already. My goal was to find a gym that had plenty of class times to choose from, made me feel comfortable and was kid friendly, as most days I have a toddler or 2 tagging along and I definitely found what I was after. Coaches are very knowledgeable and happy to scale everything down to suit your fitness/ability level. Everyone has made me feel extremely welcome and part of the team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to CrossFit Origin for around 15 months. It is honestly the best gym! Sean, Kaito and all of the trainers are awesome. They are welcoming and accommodating to all ages and levels of fitness. It is a wonderful community, everyone is so encouraging. This is my first go at CrossFit after hearing about it for many years and I’m absolutely loving it!

Truely a gym for the everyone - each workout can be catered from beginners with no history of CrossFit through to the advanced.

Fantastic experience: We have been members of CrossFit Origin for some time now and wouldn’t train anywhere else. CrossFit Origin encompasses everything you would want and expect from a box. From the minute you walk through the door you experience a chilled yet professional vibe. The staff are experienced and super motivating and they cater to all fitness levels and abilities. The facilities are great and there is heaps of room to float around. We have met some awesome likeminded humans so if you are thinking about trying CrossFit, give Origin a go.

Fantastic experience: Im on the wrong side of 60 and have been doing CrossFit at Origin for a couple of years now. This is a Fantastic gym with great trainers (very patient in my case) with personalised attention within a smaller class environment. I love the ample space along with the loads of equipment available. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Origin presents a welcoming environment to guys and girls of all athletic abilities. Don’t be alarmed when you see/hear some of the movements requested as everything can be scaled to your ability and level of fitness. Origin provides the highest of quality coaches who actually take the time to communicate with you and educate you through specific movements and programs. I’ve found a new enjoyment for getting active along with creating some new friendships for life. I would highly recommend Crossfit Origin to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at a few different CF boxes but none have compared to CF origin. I joined over three years ago and I’m still attending regularly. They check in with their members and truly care. I’m also a new mom and the advice and support they gave me whilst training through pregnancy and postpartum was fantastic. They have a great area for kids and are very accomodating, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym you will ever go to, I have trained at CrossFit Origin for 5 years now, I even moved to Newcastle but I still make the drive to Thornton to train here because I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The coaches are so supportive, the community is unreal, you become a family here.

Fantastic experience: I started at this gym around 3 years ago when I was 13, at first I was super nervous being so young, but I soon warmed up as the community within this gym is much like a big family. Everyone is so supportive and there’s absolutely no judgement. I feel like I’ve learnt so much as well as grown as a person during the 3 years that I’ve been going to CrossFit origin. I’ve reached so many goals that I didn’t think I would reach thanks to the amazing coaches, now I can’t imagine my life without CrossFit origin :).

Fun challenging workouts in a welcoming community of people from all walks in life, that encourage each other. added bonus which is a big plus for me is that this place is very kid friendly.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a couple of gyms in the area and have found that Crossfit Orgin is the best fit for me. The coaching staff are all good people with a passion for both the sport and helping the client get the most out of themselves with an emphasis on technique and also scaling the workout for the individuals skills and fitness. I would highly recommend Crossfit Orgin to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I came to Crossfit Origin in my late 30's after struggling to have the motivation to go to a global gym. On recommendation from a friend I thought why not? I'll give it a go. And I am extremely glad I did. Kaito and Sean made any nerves I had dissapear with the 2 intro sessions and couldn't have been more easy going and I immediately felt part of not just the Origin family but the broader Crossfit community in general.
