Negative experience: Great facility with some of the best trainers, but there is one big bully (Kenny) who will pick on you for no reason. When you tell him to stop, he won't hesitate to assault or get abusive with you. Highly not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Was addicted after one session! Top notch instructors, killer workouts and such a friendly inviting environment. Can't wait to learn more skills

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Excellent facility with expert trainers Laura and Kenny who really know what they’re talking about. Family-friendly with an enclosed kids play area and just a great family-like atmosphere in general. Friendliest gym I’ve ever been to so far and a nice sense of community.

Fantastic experience: Not only is this the only Crossfit gym in Werribee, it is a place in which both beginners will feel safe and comfortable and experienced athletes will feel they are getting that next level push they crave. The coaches are both full of knowledge, very down to earth and supportive of everyone. Tunes pumping, great vibe and energy about the place and the programming is what I have been looking for. The members are so warm and welcoming to everyone.
