Fantastic experience: I have been attending CrossFit Health Creation off and on since 2014, absolutely love this place. Our coach is amazing and the group atmosphere is like a family. You can be super fit or unfit, there is no discrimination in this box. Everyone is so welcoming, if you don’t like the gym environment like me then this place will be perfect. I haven’t trained since 2020 so coming back has been so good for my mental state, give it go at CFHC you will not regret it and you’ll make friends for life

From someone who's wasted years of my life doing classes with the likes of F45 and 12 Round etc, CrossFit Health Creation is a godsend. With an amazing local community, group workouts, exercises that can scale from beginner to expert and beyond-- even around injuries or other issues... And hey, lets not forget the fact that Crossfitters are consistently the fittest people in the world (there is a reason for it!). If you're looking for the sort of fitness experience you wont just burn out of and drop after a few months... the kind where you can get real results, and have an awesome time doing it... run by the kind of small business where during lockdown the owner will lend out their weights and program killer at home video call workouts so you don't just become a potato... If you'd prefer that to pumping your hard earned cash into the pockets of some giant, uncaring overseas corporation, give the $20 2-week trial a crack and see what its all about! Fantastic experience: So until late last year, had heard of Cross Fit but just thought it was the name of a gym, didn't know it, didn't understand it. Decided to attend as I was referred by my chiropractor. Was a bit of a learning curve but now I am hooked. Brett is an awesome coach, I miss the Box and training in the mornings. If you have not tried it, it is certainly worth the $20 to give it a go!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to train a free session in this box and loved it. I’ve found a true crossfit atmosphere and an incredible friendly vibe between all athletes. I’ve decided to not enroll but just because I’m still trying to fit in my new life in Australia as an emigrant, need to work out better my daily routine. But I’ll definitely enroll myself in Health Creation as soon as I start Crossfit again in the near future. I’ve tried other crossfit boxes around the world and not all of them were nice. Totally recommend this one.

Fantastic experience: Great workouts to suit all levels. Wonderful friendly atmosphere with highly experienced professional coaches who are amazing at what they do! Highly recommend CFHC, great people, great WODS, no egos, and by far the most enjoyable fitness regime I've come across. Do yourself a favour and try it out yourself!
