Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches, friendly members and fantastic equipment! Coaches are friendly, super attentive and helpful. This place caters to all fitness and experience levels. I started here having never done crossfit before. This is easily the best and most welcoming gym that I've ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to learn & practice CrossFit. I found the coaches very helpful in their techniques and the exercise very challenging. Overall if you want to lose weight and develop your cardio/VO2 Max this is the perfect place to start.

Fantastic experience: I love that CrossFit Mulgrave accommodates for all different fitness levels. I attend sessions every week and with the amazing coaching of Samantha and Reece, I can feel my technique, stamina and fitness improving, and I am learning to do things I thought I could never do. What I love is the variety! Each WOD is so different and I never know what I'm going to get - this keeps me interested and engaged which plays a big part in keeping me motivated to exercise as I find I get bored of routine, but I certainly don't have to worry about that here! I also love the sense of community and how supported I feel, everyone is so encouraging which creates a really warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you're just starting out, want to improve your athleticism or are looking for a bit of a twist on your usual workout regime, then this is the place for you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Highly recommended!
