CrossFit^® Woolgoolga

Fantastic experience: I recently moved back to Woolgoolga after spending 11 years on the Goldy and decided I'd give CrossFit Woolgoolga a go... I've been wanting to get into CrossFit on and off for years and trialled a few CrossFit gyms on the GC throughout the years while I was living there but I could never seem to get right into it and find that spark... I think it was a lot to do with the big egos on the GC and never feeling like I really fit in as a newbie. I'd always end up quitting after a couple of months and going back to my old ways. This is most definitely NOT the case with CrossFit Woolgoolga. From day 1 the coaches were so welcoming and clearly value all of their members no matter their fitness level! Its such a close-knit community and everyone is always having a great time! I've finally found that CrossFit spark that I've been searching for all these years with CrossFit Woolgoolga!

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome community. Don't think that you need to be an elite athlete. All workouts can be adjusted to suit you, just come as you are and have a crack.

Fantastic experience: Awesome owners, great coaches, quality programming and an epic community!! Just the best place to train, get fitter and be part of a great community. I thought before joining, Crossfit was for super fit people, which it is, but its also for people of all different fitness levels and ages and there are versions of each workout for everybody. I've trained at many different gyms and fitness classes and this is by far my favourite way to train!

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming, supportive, non judgemental and bubbly place. My happy place since I joined and became hooked where I get above standard coaching from very experienced coaches/athletes. The Yoga and Pilates are also amazing to join in on and great value for $$$ with all the classes available.

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility and great coaches. We enjoyed our drop-in at CF Woolgoolga and hope to get back sometime. If you're in the area and looking for a well run gym, I'd highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Definitely one of the best CrossFit box i have ever been!! The facility has everything to have a proper CrossFit workout. Also the coaches are very professional and excellent people. I highly recommend this place, even for a Drop in.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful vibe and environment. We have always been made to feel welcome here, through the friendly staff, coaches and team. We were encouraged to bring our children to play in the kids corner so we couldn't use any excuses not to turn up. It was a tough decision leaving the Coffs Coast and we were tossing up the option based on the fact we did not want to leave CrossFit Woolgoolga. Lars and Paul, you have exceeded our expectations of what a trainer/coach should be. Your experience, patience and help with technique helped beginners like us feel welcome. Thank you also to Trudy and Vicky for your sessions, we are truly sad to leave and hope that we can sweat it out soon on our return for a holiday. Cameron and Chloe.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Gyms could never get me to attend but I love doing CrossFit. It’s like a family and everyone care about fellow community members. After spending a year in hospital from an accident this training has got me doing thing I could never of dreamed. Still have a few KG to work off but Rome was not built in a day. lol

Fantastic experience: As I have just moved to woolgoolga, I started doing Crossfit I have found the coaching is fantastic, the people are lovely and it is more of a family base gym and not just a place to exercise ,I recommend it for all people in the fitness industry come and meet the friendly team they are awesome
