Fantastic experience: This is the best gym ever. It helps both my physical and mental health. Everyone always has a laugh. Steve is brilliant. He puts up with all our chatter and helps any of us that may have injuries. He and Erin vary the classes so it is never boring and they give us options so we can work at our own fitness level. And the social aspect is the icing on the cake. Thank you ADP.

Fantastic experience: After my son playing soccer since he was 6yo he wanted a change. At the age of 13 and still wanting to stay active, he chose to give ADP with their CrossFit style classes a go. It has been the best decision ever. Even though he was the youngest by a bit in their classes, everyone took him under their wing. 2 1/2 years later he still loves the place and is as fit as ever.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for about 8 months. Love it. Steve is so good and knows everyone by name and will correct you if you are doing something wrong. Great group of people mainly in our 60's. Everyone much fitter now .
