Fantastic experience: Not gonna lie, I was sceptical about “CrossFit”. But this has been the best place to learn, advance some lifting exercises, hit some PBs and just having fun getting a sweat out. Trainers no mater who they are will help you. In saying that, don’t be shy to ask. I don’t know CrossFit outside of CFK, but I’ll honestly say I’m hooked.

Negative experience: Coaches didn’t ask if I had any injuries or if I was familiar with the movements before the workouts. I’m an experienced lifter, but the coaches didn’t know that. They didn’t offer any regressions for my friend who was both injured and new to training. Seems like lots of d-bags train here. Why do all the men here need to take their shirts off?

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym run by great people. A real sense of community with a lot of long term members. Coaches give everyone the time of day and are always there to help. Glad we found it!

Fantastic experience: I had always found it a struggle to be motivated to go to a 'regular' gym as it was always the same thing. When I started training with Simon, doing CrossFit WODs, my eyes were opened to a whole new world of exercise. Every day is something new with a huge range of exercises, allowing me to do things I never dreamed of doing. CrossFit Knoxfield has excellent coaches and great members, providing a friendly, motivating and energetic environment. Can't wait for the next session!

Fantastic experience: Having been to a number of Crossfit boxes around the world I have found that Crossfit Knoxfield has a great supportive atmosphere amongst its members, caters for experienced athletes through to new Crossfitters and has Trainers who are focused on teaching correct standards. The workouts are demanding, but you can’t wait to go back. Love it!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I've been going for 10 months now and I've lost 35kgs already. I'm the lightest and fittest I have been in over a decade. The coaches are fantastic, with loads of experience and knowledge and really help everyone even if you're a complete beginner. If you've ever thought of trying Crossfit, this is the best one in the area.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended to change from my normal lazy gym and give CrossFit a try. Signed up at Knoxfield and was hooked straight away. Everyday is different, the trainers are amazingly supportive, and the daily workouts are always different. Can't see myself leaving anytime soon
