Positive experience:

Fantastic experience: Well I'm now 12 months in and have been training at Crossfit Arena. What can I say! I've lost 17% of my body weight (Which I never thought I had that much to lose being only 78kg when starting). I can now run faster, lift heavier weights and am probably safe to say fitter now at 44 than I was when I was in my early 20's. I've always played sport at a fairly competitive level but with the great training and programming from Jarrod and the support of Crossfit Arena's community I've been able to step my performance up to the next level reaching representative teams. I can't wait to see the changes in years to come! Thanks Jarrod and the crew at Crossfit Arena.

Fantastic experience: I have trained with Jarrod for 8 weeks now. He is very thorough and makes sure all movements are executed correctly for maximum benefit. He focuses on my strength conditioning which is my number 1 importance being a 70 year old. Jarrod has a fine reputation as crossfits number 1 trainer nationally and 8th in the world.
