I was surprised how strong I became and how quickly I progress in learning the combos whilst having fun with my class. The staff are amazing and supportive that will take that extra step to provide comfort and knowledge!!! I’m fairly new and I have not met anyone within this studio who isn't an amazing, uplifting person!! Prices are extremely affordable and love how they offer memberships!! Great stuff on all aspects

I’ve seen first hand the dedication and care that goes into each individual student and lesson to make sure each person, regardless of strength levels or body type can succeed. Fantastic experience: Everyone is lovely here, the teachers are open and friendly. There is no criticism no matter what level you are in the pole level. Don’t feel self conscious because of what level of strength or fitness you have because they always are encouraging and helping you to be your best!

But both Jeff and Jen are amazingly beautiful people who went above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable. I cannot wait to continue my journey with this group! 11/10 would recommend to anyone!
