Fantastic experience: I spent many years training and working in this. The lake was I trained at and always enjoy visiting for a work out. Helpful staff and fantastic atmosphere.

Negative experience: THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT SAFETY TThe pool has dangerous structures around it that injured my son's foot badly and they didn't even care . The same structures are still there. Didn't even fix it nor putting a warning sign. They didn't even apologise. I will not go back there next year. SAFETY FIRST.

Positive experience: I am member for more than 10 years now. I like it very much as it is a cheep membership in July I pay for whole year. Equipment is ok, rooms are ok, ladies gym up the stairs where no man ever is allowed is excellent to train on your own with all different equipment for all your different muscles and parts of your body. I love pool and use a lot sauna and spa as well. Stuff is friendly and members are all friendly and very welcoming & respectful of each other. It my need some small improvements here and there however overall it is very good for what you pay. I, highly recommend.

Negative experience: Just saw someone in the back area throwing rubbish from a black bucket over the fence. Very disappointing that this business is contributing to littering. They clearly have no respect for our environment!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this fitness center for over a year now and have no complaints to make. The staff are friendly and work to help you however they can. The gym members are all very close and supportive of each other so you will never feel like you are training alone. It is a great gym to keep you motivated and help you achieve the goal you desire!

Negative experience: I have signed up to this gym due to the women's only area as i wear a headscarf and it is close to home. On numerous occasions I've had males walk in (cleaner, staff, male members) without warning and have requested a cancellation but kept being reassured it won't happen again. It has happened again and am now fighting to get my refund from a place who neglected my issue.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. They have all the facilities you need. Main gym area, upstairs ladies only gym, fitness classes throughout the week. Also a decent size lap pool, spa and sauna. Everything is included in the ridiculously cheap annual membership. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: The gym itself was not bad but what was annoying is the fact that they had no water fountain. Your at a gym where are you ment to fill up water.

Negative experience: The equipment is old and most of the cardio machines need to be replaced. Some staff are ok whereas others lack basic customer service skills.

Positive experience: Great friendly staff, has decent amount of useful equipment. Only major downside is the absence of a chilled filtered drinking water fountain. Have to find myself filling my bottle from the basin in the toilets which is a little off-tasting and unpleasant.

Negative experience: small gym, swimming pool in side is no bigger then a backyard pool. Car spots are small too and limited
