Positive experience: The water slides were good but when me and my friend went to go get some food from the little Cafe the people there were really rude. The sussage roles were not cooked properly

Negative experience: Please don’t take people’s money without providing good service. When I pay for the water slide and only 3 green balloons are ready while the rest need maintenance, with an average wait time of about 40 minutes, it’s unfair. My son only got to play once yesterday because of the crowd.

Negative experience: The manager is very rude and not helpful, came to the pool and after a few minutes of being in the water the facilities were closed due to code brown. Totally understand this however lifeguard said it would be closed for the next hour. Decided to leave as having kids not able to swim is pointless. Asked for a refund which was refused because “I had used the facilities” and was offered a lousy voucher which I won’t be able to use due to not living close by. I was told she cannot give a refund but after a few arguments back and forth she was suddenly able to give a partial refund for the family but I had to get a voucher as I had “used the facilities.” 2 minutes in the water before getting kicked out does not qualify for using the facilities .. if this is the case as the manager would put it, then using the lockers should also count. This was not a change of mind but for to the facility not in use after I had paid. Totally unacceptable and the manager TD should have further training on how to deal with customers and not argue over $10 as is gives the place a very bad name.

Negative experience: We went with the intention of using the kids play area/mini waterpark and it was closed. When i asked the staff they said they were understaffed yet there was many staff in the foyer able to stand around chatting to each other. There was 2 big lap lanes open and we asked why they couldn't just close 1 and use that staff member to monitor the kids play pool and they said no. This was all very disappointing and my children were very upset as we drove a fair distance to come down for a swim. The management didn't seem like they care and weren't interested in dealing with any issues.

Negative experience: UPDATED: double the price for half the quality. If your at any age besides child and you to want to do anything fun at the pool (throw a ball play Frisbee) then dont go here. My friends and i went in to have fun when it was dead with like 2 other families (who were in the kiddy pool away from us), all we heard was "dont do that, cant do that, you can hurt others"? when we were the only ones in the pool (we were throwing a water frisbee). Update, we went into the exercise pool and was told we couldn't do laps (there were 3 other people doing laps during this convo), but we obliged and kept our head above water and swam doggy paddle in a smaller area. Then the same lifeguard came over less than 5 mins later and said we cant swim in the pool and threatened to get the manager involved if we continued? When i pointed out we followed what she said and gestured to the others doing the same thing and being more disruptive if anything, she suddenly disappeared?. Mind you it was my mates birthday so happy birthday from watermarc i suppose

Negative experience: Gone here twice and they are really on you to follow a really long list of secret rules they literally haven't got posted up anywhere (I checked). Was told off like 3 times and threatened to be kicked out in the span of 10 minutes after getting in the aerobic exercise pool. Not allowed to dip your head? Sure, but then she told us off for doing laps when out of 10 people there were only 2 weren't doing laps? What? Plenty of people around us not following several posted rules but we got called out. Then my brother was ignored when he tried to get back in after dipping outside to what may or may not have been a smoking area, he had a wristband and was still wet but he had to jump a fence to get his belongings back. Can't tell you how close I was to demanding my money back. Happens every time I'm here, they are really ageist if you look younger than 30. Can't complain about the facilities though, I just wanted a relaxing swim on my birthday but people gotta power trip. Go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Not good at all, for kids swimming lessons you pay money but nothing like teaching, sauna and jacuzzi and steam room frequently broken down. Very poor service.

Negative experience: I joined the gym based off they have a sauna , the sauna is often to busy to be able to use , I also went the other day and couldn't even get a car park ,the gym is also lacking basic equipment needed for the sled and cable machines , the front staff are generally not interested and come across rude . It has the potential to be a quality gym and leisure centre but is far from at this point.

Negative experience: NO showers in family change rooms. Lanes are cold water. Kids area slides are cold. Big slides staff says yes it's ok to go up with a one person ring and have your 5 yo kid sit in your lap. Then get to the top sit in and about to go down to be stopped by another staff saying no we can't go down in a single ring. They didn't have any double rings up the top. JOKE. I definitely won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Clean, quiet facility. Very safe underfoot for people like me with stability issues. Good variety of fitness classes and activities. Spa could be hotter for my taste though.

Fantastic experience: Very good food at the Cafe down from the gym, beside the pool.

Negative experience: Kid was sick and missed a class, and unable to rebook make up class. Used to be give a family pass and that was simple. Now they start asking for medical certificate to be somehow able to do the rebook? What a joke. Will be leaving WaterMarc, totally incompetent.

Negative experience: Very overpriced cafe Small tomato sauce 80 cents really Outrageous Falafel wrap $15.50

Negative experience: Try to avoid buying any food or drink. Poor customer service and expensive. soft drink $6, chips $11.

Positive experience: Only use the gym which is now open 24/7. Never a wait for machines. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and accomodating. The centre also has 5 pools suitable for all age groups and abilities. Group activity exercise room with instructors available but bookings required. Two large water slides (height restricted) are the central feature of the play area. Drinks and food available from the Cafe. Also has rooms for childrens parties. If you're a little shy private change rooms also available.

Negative experience: Management incompetence is evident and getting worse by the day. Steam room closed for months and nothing's been done, multiple broken water taps, half the spa is non operational. Glad I'm no longer a member.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. There is only one staff at the front late afternoon and staff didn't help me when my wrist band didn't work for locker at my first day. She told me later this band is brand new. They started checking band and towel for sauna but didn't put the sign at the sauna and apply the rule unfairly to people. I had to buy a towel to get in sauna but other people were allowed to get in by Larni. If you want to make a rule to keep, you need to prepare it properly to apply to all fairly. That is the basic skill !!!

Fantastic experience: 昨年帰郷。こちらは駅から近く便利です。いきなりの訪問でも館内見学させてくれました。オージースタッフの皆さん『わからない事も何でも聞いて下さい』と。優しく接され穏やかで感じが良かったです。時間があれば利用したかったのですが...次回行った時の゙利用楽しみにしてます。

Positive experience: There is two great water slides.

Negative experience: Consistently facilities are offline, dirty and expensive compared to what's around.

Fantastic experience: Great indoor pool facility! Loads of options, so you can enjoy the place for a multitude of reasons. There are: slides, fountains, sprinklers, a giant bucket that fills & pours on the crowd, warm & cool pools, a laps pool with designated speeds, baby pools, many private family change rooms,a café, health center, and meeting rooms. Literally, the place is for all age groups. The Banyule City Council has done a great job with this place, and it is still being added to!

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend for swimming lessons, there was zero consistency of teachers, no lesson plans, no real education up to parents to ask questions and teach their child plus lot of down time in a 30 min class. Waste of time and money.

Positive experience: Great facility catering for all the family. With the 50m pool split in 2 it makes finding an empty lap lane easy and the kids were entertained with the water slides and play areas.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service and poor quality of water hygiene. Greensborough really needs a better and cleaner leisure centre!

Negative experience: Great facilities. But can’t understand how and why they close there cafe 4 hours before the actual pools close. It is so ridiculous.

Positive experience: Great fun. The water slide needs some more rafts to speed up the line. Otherwise, it was great.

Negative experience: I primarily visit this place to swim in the large lap pool. However, it's often closed for events such as school carnivals and tours, and the cleanliness is sometimes lacking, with germs sticking to the pool and spa walls. Additionally, the paint on the walls of the steam room is brittle and prone to splitting.

Negative experience: Very slow customer service and if you want to order a food you have to wait more than 40 minutes because one person serving more than 30 people.. no good place

Negative experience: Purchased a banana and mango smoothie which tasted like just ice and water. Returned it to the Cafe who offered no apology nor a refund, just shrugged their shoulders and said they hadn't had any previous complaints. Extremely poor service.

Positive experience: Started charging a "spectator" fee for adults supervising their kids but not swimming. Forget the fact that without the adult spectator, they wouldn't get the rest of the family swimming, the expenses towards snacks and now, repeat visits. Another money grab in this cost of living crisis.

Negative experience: Edit- does anyone even work here? Scanner doors, scanner gates are always not working, gym equipment ‘under maintenance’ for months. Get better.

Positive experience: 실내만 있지만, 슬라이드가 두개나 있고 유아풀도 잘 되어 있습니다. 직원들도 친절해요

Negative experience: Don’t come here if you want to have fun. Too many rules and not aloud to do anything apart from paddle and do Laps. Cant throw a ball cant jump or dive, a tiny area dedicated to swimming and another whole pool and a half dedicated to doing laps (which u get kicked out of if you aren’t doing laps) what’s the point of having a pool facility if you can’t do anything pool related

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities... Would like the warm pool to be open for infants/preschoolers to warm up the kids and get away from the slides. Also, shower facilities in family changing rooms would be nice... Still doesn't detract from the 5 star rating as I was able to charge my car for free...

Negative experience: The facilities seemed nice enough and my son was keen to try the hydro slide. We turned up at 2 PM and we were told the slide would open at 4 PM, my son waited patiently and tried to keep himself occupied in the other pools till 4, only to be told it wouldn't be opening at all that day. We were very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this place,and I must say the staff here were very helpful with my questions, very clean great spa and steam room id highly recommended this place for some time out

Fantastic experience: I attend to Hatha yoga class which is on Friday by lee A , it was fantastic. She is one of the best if you are looking for a high quality trainer and relaxing vibe you should definitely try this class with Lee!

Negative experience: Have been here countless times with no issue. Was invited to the women’s only session held last night because my daughter wanted to spend some time with her school friends and now I wish we never had gone and am left with a bitter ugly aftertaste. The staff were mostly respectful and professional, however there was one woman in particular, l little older than the rest, relatively tall (about 170cm) who was quite bigoted aloof and disrespectful. She keep knocking on doors and screaming at everyone to exit and say such things as we can’t hold these sessions if you are going to behave like this. I have absolutely no idea what she was referring to but she was acting in contempt and yelling at everyone like they were all below here. I told her my daughter was getting changed and if we leave now she will have to leave the complex in the nude. She proceeded to walk towards me in a standoffish manner and yell at me to leave. I was afraid and walked back and almost ran into a child and then she proceeded to yell at me for almost running into a child. Perhaps the woman was overwhelmed at the sight of so many colored women and perhaps in her own personal space does not agree with the event or felt offended by the sight of so many ethnic girls and women. She really shouldn’t be there if she is incapable of being respectful. My daughter and her friends did not need to see another woman belittle and harass her mother. Perhaps watermarc can consider some alternative methods to manage a large number of people all finishing at the same time and expected to change in 20 minutes in a very limited and small change facility. We waited 20 minutes just to get some room to change in modesty. I did ask the young girls to strip in front of everyone to change given we had no time and no room and the staff were running around screaming at everyone to leave, the girls were devastated at the thought. Some suggestions would be to limit the number of people in the facility or allow more time for such a large number of people to change all at the same time. I spent the rest of my night in tears and my daughter was depressed at what she had just happened when all she wanted was to have some fun with Jenner friends. We didn’t need this watermarc and you had non right to put us down and make us feel like this.

Positive experience: It’s pretty nice here :) came here with my daughter and had a blast. The staff are very helpful and accommodating for people with differing needs and I’ll definitely be back. The only critique probably would be that the floors and pools should probably be cleaned more often, but I understand that it’s difficult to do that all the time with so many people coming in. It’s been a nice resort to go to for years with my children

Fantastic experience: A great entertainment place for all ages with amazing and exciting slides at affordable prices and with excellent staff with high experience. I went to this place today with my family and we had a great time there. We all had a great time. I hope to go to this place again and have a good time with my family.

Negative experience: Poor service i waited in the line about 3 lines and when im about to go in the big slide my turn was taken to others they only gave the turn to the people who werent in line you should know how to take care of people who are following your rules and not the people who are not following your rules

Negative experience: Cafe won't serve tap water due to management policy. Absurd, will happily hand you a coffee or food from a baine marie. Very poor policy and disappointing.

Negative experience: I went here yesterday for the first time with my kids. The girl at the cafe was so rude to me and wasn’t friendly at all. I know it’s busy on weekends but to treat customers like that put me off ever coming back again.

Negative experience: Kept charging me over Coronavirus period. Even though I was locked out of Australia and I had requested them not too. Had to keep sending them emails every few months to notify them they had charged me again. Was always a hassle to get refunded. Eventually was taken off their payment processing system

Positive experience: Lots of fun for children and adults. The slides were great. A bigger pool allocated for recreation without laps would be great.

Fantastic experience: I been here before I like it every fun but the problem is that the water play for kids some of them don’t work because broken pipes and like in the pipes are dirty for water play for kids playground like every is good fun but please fix it and make sure nothing broken

Negative experience: Swim lesson is a waste of time. Pools are ok. Showers are dirty and water pressure and flow are terrible (unusable at times). Admin staffs are not the most responsive.

Negative experience: Was advised that the pool was at capacity and short of lifeguards. Watched over 10 families leave but told there’s still a 45 min wait. How could you possibly let that many ppl through in the first place?

Fantastic experience: Watermarc has a lap pool, warm water therapy pool and a spa. It has a sauna and steam room. For the children there is pool and water area and a great waterslide. Lots to to do. There is a fully fitted out gym upstairs and a Cafe on the ground floor.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever, they lock all customers out for they say 30 mins due to over crowding/shortage of life guards. People were leaving but still noone was getting in, It ends up being over an hour until we just had enough of and waiting and just left. Line was out the door and 3 staff at the counter just standing there no communication or care factor really. Many in the line saying this happens all the time. Wont be back thanks

Fantastic experience: After a period of absence due to health issues, my elderly husband and I recently returned to our Gym at WaterMarc, Greensborough. We would like to send a special shout out to the trainer (Michael Scarano) who updated our Training Programmes. Michael displays a passion for training & healthy living and is able to pass on his knowledge in a very effective manner. He firstly discussed our physical limitations and asked what our needs and aims were in our regular gym workouts. He designed our programmes, using explanatory notes under each exercise suggested. Next it was on to the gym floor where he demonstrated each exercise and then watched (and corrected when required) our attempts to undertake the movements required. Michael displayed exemplary attention to detail, a great knowledge of the muscles involved in each move and infinite patience in his approach. Well done Michael Scarano! WaterMarc should be very proud and appreciative of your skills. We certainly are. Many thanks. Peter & Clare Sayers

Negative experience: Watermark in Greensborough they’ve very good pool facilities, but I am very disappointed and disgusted. You can’t have a proper shower because water is just dripping down. I would like to have a shower after using pool facilities. Thank you

Negative experience: Everything seems fine. But what I hate is that they tell you, you can't bring a small bag inside the gym. They need to organise themselves to put a locker in the Coaching zone room as well. It's waste of time of going up and down just to get what you really need from your bag. This what makes me angry about. All they do is just districting you when you workout

Negative experience: I would not recommend having a kid's birthday party here. The staff are super disorganised and the party hosts just left us to our own devices to find everything we needed in the party room. A really disappointing experience.

Negative experience: They offer a bubs swim class and advertise it on the website for free, however this is false advertising as you have to pay per person for whoever swims with baby. They also have no booking system which means it’s first in best dressed. Sounds OK but I’ve been numerous times now earlier than 20 minutes before starting time and it’s sold out. They offer you the other pool which is far too cold for a baby or to hang around for a later class which is again ridiculous with a young baby. Need a new booking system, won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Drove 30 minutes to come to their 2.1 m pool for casual swimming and play; I hop in the lifeguard says can’t be swimming here because of my height when I clearly know how to swim and not drown, I talk with him he just keeps saying the same thing,” people do drown here mate seriously get out!” When there are clearly other people not doing laps. Such a bad lifeguard drains all the fun and entertainment out of swimming.

Fantastic experience: The best water place for kids and adults. I don't have a membership yet but every month I'm coming to enjoy this amazing place. You won't regret it

Positive experience: Our go-to place for swimming with number of different pools available for everyone. A bit let down with slow maintenance e.g. 3 out of 4 shower door in mens section hasn’t been working properly for a while, few lockers are not working, etc. The published lap lane availability schedule can also a bit inconsistent with no notice about kids swimming classes on the olympic pool even though the schedule shows all laps will be available. Still probably one of the best public swimming pool available in the north east area though.

Negative experience: The lifeguards were incredibly rude, couldn't crack a smile to save their lives. I saw one lifeguard throwing rafts over kids heads and nearly hitting them on multiple occasions. Won't be coming back, all the staff need a serious change in attitude

Negative experience: My wife and I were here today (5th March 2023), we tried the small ride a couple of times then went to the large one, the young lifeguard had no willing to help to hold the float while we were sitting. I asked a few times to hold the float but she didn't help. My wife managed to sit but when I was in the middle of positioning myself, it starts moving and accelerating. As I was not on the right spot, my half body was out of the float during the ride, I was about to fall over during the ride. It was really scarry and my shoulder is stretched as i was struggling to hold myself. We complained the reception but not sure if they did any actions; imagine what will happen if this happen to a kid. This was not our first time to ride it, we always enjoyed it, but accident could happen once. We will not come back.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience with water Mac swimming customer services. End of June this year I have ask them for adult swimming sessions and they took all my personal details include the account details to set up. However, later on when I checked I find out that they have enrolled me into a gym membership programme which I never asked. I been writing them each week to request that please stop detecting the money from my account. But they are not stopping it. It is so hard when we are busy with kids and work and requesting them to stop detect the money. I am very upset and never recommending this place . Customer service is so poor . Watermark management is not approachable as well.

Negative experience: I went for pre & post natal fitness class at 11:30 and I was running 5 minutes late as I had to still breastfeed my baby before the class. At the reception they told me I’m not allow to go in! The class is always super small around 3 mums there. Sometimes it is difficult to be on time when you have a 4 months old baby. Really love the class and the trainer who is great. I know you have your class rules but this one should be more flexible. You are not only loosing money but also clients.

Negative experience: I won a free 4 week trial, and followed the T&C’s as per the requirements, but have now had my bank account debited without my permission & without being advised. Customer service so far has been less than helpful in rectifying the situation. So sad after a positive trial to now have it lead into a negative experience.

Negative experience: Slides were fun, place was clean etc. But the line up system for picking up the floats for the sides was terrible. 4 Lines would be better one for each size of float and help stop people pushing in etc. Maybe a lift for the floats the kids struggle to lift them all the way up the stairs especially where there is a building beam in the way that they don't fit under. Not a very well thought out design

Negative experience: it’s a nice place. pool temperatures were good. glad you had some warm and some cool to switch it up. prices were a bit expensive for an off peak time but still not too bad. the showers and toilets were so bad. there was mould on the roof of the women’s showers and the floor looked disgusting, was wearing shoes and still felt so gross. there was gum on the wall which i understand you can’t control but it should be cleaner. mould is so gross and unhygienic.

Negative experience: Dirty in a lot of places. Showers run for 2 minutes and don’t turn back on again which is not enough time if you are showering your kids at the same time. Showers are a single temperature. The water slides cost extra even if you are a member. It closes quite early, especially on weekends. Spa is sometimes warm but sometimes a lot colder. Gym group exercise timetable is impossible to read as a single day is spread across 4 seperate pages. On the plus side, it has a steam room, a big gym and hydro pool.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend for swimming lessons, in 8 months there was zero consistency of teachers, no lesson plans, no real education up to parents to ask questions and teach their child plus lot of down time in a 30 min class. Their admin team caused issues with payment of classes and charged me extra and tried blame me, took me weeks to get them to correct it. They never have answers to anything on classes and teachers. Waste of time and money.

Negative experience: The place is great with the number of pools and water slides. However, if they can invest more with their staff and train them appropriately with decent customer experience. I was witnessing how unhelpful the staff at the big water slides will help the kids. I understand that it was tiring to keep pushing those big and heavy water tubes. However, those kids did not deserve to be treated unfairly. This kind of experience really made the whole party experience unpleasant. Management needs to overhaul the staff standard of customer service and attitude towards the customers from the reception to the floor staff.

Positive experience: Nice swim spa sauna facilities. Staff are friendly at the front counter. Pools and spa are clean when I’ve been there. Change room is basic and workable. Just wishing it wasn’t so expensive for a Council owned and operated facility. Great facilities for kids and youth with fun slides area, nicely separated from general swim lanes. Separate area for hydro and large spa with sauna rooms all well used.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Lots of indoor water sports for kids to keep them busy and entertained. Tantrum Water Slides (indoor) were absolute fun both for kids and adults. Warm water indoor pools also available for babies as young as 2 years. A must go place on a hot day and even during winter times when you feel like swimming in the pool.

Negative experience: Today 5th March 2023, I had a horrible time at Watermarc swimming pool on the ride of Tantrum Alley, and the staff was not supportive at all. My husband and I felt like we were going to fall out at any moment. The staff was a girl , who didn't help and support us to sit properly and when we hadn't been seated properly, the float had gone. My experience at Watermarc swimming pool was terrible, and I left feeling uneasy and upset. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, especially if you're looking for a fun and safe place to swim.

Positive experience: We love coming here,especially the water park for the little kids is awesome. The only negative for me is the prices in the cafe. Not a big variety of food and what they do have, is too expensive. So pack a picnic basket and you'll have a great time! Also, the elderly lady at the cafe seems to not like customers as she is grumpy and rude. You feel guilty for asking for something. It happened to us, to the family in front of us and behind us. And its not the first time, as we come there regularly. The lifesavers are pretty friendly and the lines at the waterslides are run pretty fairly

Positive experience: Fun but pretty underwhelming considering the slide was closed and only 25m of the big pool was accessable

Positive experience: Great pools, great swim schools. A lack of private family rooms with showers let it down,. Showers are cold for weeks on end and not fixed.

Negative experience: The place itself is really cool but unfortunately you will need to put up with the rude staff. The girls at the front desk are like an unhappy wife so don't take personal.

Negative experience: This place was a total waste of money went in there and was told we weren’t able to swim in the pools couldn’t go on the slides or go into the sauna and spa. My advice is you should go to Eltham leisure centre and try learn a thing or two about how to properly operate. Absolutely disgusted about this place and won’t ever to back. Eltham leisure centre on top

Negative experience: Don't go in the evenings for a spa/sauna if you value your hearing. Water aerobics is done with a huge PA amp dialled all the way up. The opposite of relaxing.

Negative experience: Took a kid during the day. Nothing for kids is open. Just a pool that has no toys or nothing to do. The playground was open for a little bit but half the things don’t work. Feels very rundown. Wasted 18 dollars for a backyard pool

Negative experience: Hygiene in the gym area is low and not enforced by the management! (Especially as we've come out of 2yrs of Covid!) I've been a continuous member of the gym/pool at WaterMarc for about 8years. I was in the gym for 90mins today and it was moderately busy. Hygiene? Non-existent. Today less than 10% of sweaty gym users had a gym towel and I saw only one other besides myself even bother wiping down the equipment after use! So much for hygiene and cleanliness or enforcing it by management at WaterMarc!

Negative experience: Way to busy on a Sunday evening. The 50 meter pool was split in half. Which is no issue. The issue was out of all those lanes they only had 4 lap lanes open. There were always kids always cutting across the lap lanes getting in the way of the swimmers and the staff where doing nothing about it. The staff were also no checking wrist bands in the warm water program pool. Far to many people in there with no wrist bands. And to many teenagers spashing around and not following warm water pool etiquette which made following a rehab program impossible.

Fantastic experience: I forgot how good this place is. Went for a swim this morning. Awesome swim and your life guard quick l y when painted out a couple of young men doing wrong thong in lap lane. Really stress less swim. Bye bye Mill Park Hello Greensborough. Only downside shower in back changers not hot and needed to use front changeroom. Not a big deal but.

Positive experience: The place is a staple for me as a disabled person (hydrotherapy) but the accessible bathrooms are sup par. The one in the warm water pool get very humid and steamy, has rust, is often dirty and possibly mouldy but it does have a full size change table, a lift and different lift seat sizes, a fold out shower bench (which is too small for me unfortunately), has a working emergency button and grab rails. The one in the main pool area is much the same but lack a change table or lift. Both of these bathrooms have timed locking doors which means that if you are on the toilet with the door locked there is a certain amount of time before the door automatically unlocks and can be opened so unless you are quick or have someone standing by to press it it will unlock and some innocent family may walk in on you showering (I learned this the hard way). I’ve reported it multiple times before but it hasn’t been fixed to my knowledge. It is dehumanizing. Other than that they do have a café (though pricy), ramps to get in each pool, swimmer alert bands and a variety of accessible pool devices including noodles, mats, boards and water wheelchairs.

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff My daughter had her birthday there. The hosts were rude and my daughter ended up crying on her birthday. She has a pretty hard time that day. We were promised games and activities, nothing was done. We barely got food served by 2 very grumpy hosts who didn’t give anyone one smile. The experience overall isn’t great either. Life guards are pretty rude to parents.

Positive experience: Great pool for kids with the indoor water playground. But too busy!

Negative experience: The worst staff on receptions, one of them talking to the phone, the other two left the reception with a big line of people waiting, did not care or explain why. We were waiting there for 15 min. Just saying sorry, someone will come soon. Sorry for what? Staff go and back in a mess way. I will never go back; I was thinking of doing my son's birthday there, but definitely BIG NO. Customer service there is so so bad

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, plenty of family changing rooms and didn't stink of chlorine. Love it! My son has been having lessons here for 5 years. Staff are always lovely. Can get a bit noisy and parking during peak hours is a nightmare. Week day mornings in the 50m lap pool whilst the baby is in the capable hands of their childcare is my current idea of heaven

Fantastic experience: I go here 5-6 times a week and the staff/lifeguards are always really friendly and helpful. Great gym and workout rooms, top quality 50m pool aswell.
