Fantastic experience: Viewing from the outside you could miss this little gem. After being kindly greeted by reception I had all my questions quickly answered. Services here are very well laid out and the facility if very well kept. Pools are clean and heated. Spa and sauna facilities. HUGE indoor sports area. Very modern gym rooms with lots of cable, resistance and free weights. Cafe facility and swim shop. The centre provides many group fitness activities for all ages and genders. Change rooms are currently being upgraded! My only negative is the non existent display of membership prices anywhere in the facility or on their website. I recommend their swimming lessons. You need to apply online via their website though. NOT IN STORE.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and community feel. Felt welcome from the minute I walked through the door. Group classes are great. The gym has everything you need. Haven’t gotten round to using the pool yet but seems good to me. Has everything I need in one place with great membership deals. Way to go.

Fantastic experience: This is such a nice complex with lovely staff. Currently undergoing renovations to the bathrooms. There’s a 50m pool and 2 pools for little kids, 2 large sports halls, a gym, sauna and other features for you to find out. I had a great 90 mins there today, many thanks!

Fantastic experience: Need extra lanes for normal swimmers! Recreational, recreational slow lane for all exercise, slow lane, medium lane and fast lane. Also some signage for how people swim on left!

Negative experience: My son has been coming for lessons since he was a toddler he is now 8 and still isn't the best swimmer considering how long he has been coming for lessons, I really think that my son's lack of progression is a reflection on the swimming instructors up here , it seems like they just watched the kids not very many instructions are given to the kids ,very poorly ran swimming school , I would not recommend

Positive experience: Staff are always pleasant, though not enough staff at peak times interaction with the computer is time consuming. Not being able to contact them by phone for over a week is not a good look

Positive experience: The pool itself is clean, however, the pool is cold and the bathrooms are disgusting, broken amenities, unclean. I’d pay more for entry if it meant it were going to functioning and clean toilets, showers and change rooms! And a warm pool!

Fantastic experience: It was real good real relaxing for the spa an sauna then the pool good price an you can stay all day if you want too, plus they have quite a few other activities one can do too there just ring an ask an you will find out folks. Will add photos later date.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was definitely not up to standard. I asked for help with a virtual class and I spoke to an employee named ‘Nicole’. She tried to fixed the issue but in the end walked away to get help. When she didn’t return I found her hiding in the back office trying to avoid me after she saw me walking towards her.

Negative experience: Tried to attend Body Pump class, it s actually virtual, which I was not warned about when I had enquired previously. The virtual class is online, on a screen, they pay for subscription, but every week what happens that it does not connect. Wasted 40 minutes waiting for them to connect it, then to refund the fee I paid. What is wrong with a person running the class? Why not to warn people it s virtual? And if it does not connect - why keep on going? Find a person who can run the class like it s done in most proper places, if I want virtual class, I can do it from home.

Negative experience: Food is disgraceful do not eat here at any cost, sandwiches were made with frozen bread which had freezer burn and went in the bin after they replaced 3 times inedible, potatoe cakes and dim sums almost as bad

Fantastic experience: Haven't yet started, have been a member in the past, so I sure it'll be great fun. The staff so far very friendly and helpful, so much on offer to do. Recommend it, so hopefully COVID holds of and I can get myself going. Looking forward to it.

Positive experience: Nice facility. Unfortunately the gym has the most unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced. A smile and hello would be nice to say the least.

Positive experience: I come here regularegularly, most staff are good however some of the younger staff/ student aged have not been very friendly or helpful. I asked about concession prices and the girl didnt know the answer but refused to ask someone else for me. Not very helpful , she instead simply charged me full adult price in response to a question.

Fantastic experience: Naarah is a brilliant Swimming Instructor and has great interaction with us and Stormy. Very thankful we got her. Highly recommended facility and brilliant indoor swimming making it convenient on hot and cold days.

Fantastic experience: Great spot for swimming lessons, rehabilitation or just a quick dip. Spa and sauna available with 3 pools. Floors have recently had a non-slip coating which is a big improvement, and the cafe has been open. Always very warm and humid in the pool area even when they have the door open ... Great in winter, sweaty in summer, doesn't make any difference when your in the pool :) A very popular location for indoor basketball. Onsite Gym, workouts and rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: In addition to the lap pool, spa and sauna were two great pools for the kids. One shallow for babies and one 0.8m. Both pools were a good size and the perfect temperature. Clean changerooms for families as well as friendly staff.

Negative experience: Feeling awful. Never do business with these people and don't give em your card detail They'll deduct money on school holidays And second i pay with direct debit and for a reason didn't go through and i got charged $15 as a late fee. Never again highly not recommended
