Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at AquaFit Health Fitness Wellbeing in Campbelltown. The entire facility is very clean, modern, and well maintained. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in keeping everything spotless and organised

Negative experience: Only open till 6pm on weekends? Expensive membership for a non 24hr gym

Positive experience: Our first encounter was with the senior receptionist. She was cold, unfriendly and unhelpful. She really put us off. Then we met with Michelle at a later stage. Michelle was absolutely lovely and helpful and we also met a really nice guy who give classes there. Nice gym with lots of activities for all your needs.

Negative experience: The new staff during the week are unfriendly and basically rude, when asked for a "coffee to have here please" they brought out my coffee in a takeaway cup, when explained my coffee is to have "here" The staff member huffed and begrudgingly took it back, and then I heard her at the counter talking to her work colleagues in a very derogatory way, The staff member who works Saturdays is the opposite, very friendly, talkative, and helpfull

Negative experience: I recently brought my elderly mother in for a trial at your Campbelltown branch, hoping to introduce her to a supportive fitness environment. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disheartening. Despite your gym being marketed as inclusive and welcoming to all ages—particularly older adults—my mother was met with unprofessional behavior. When she asked simple questions such as the timing of the next yoga class, she was often ignored or treated dismissively. This left her feeling belittled and unwelcome. The purpose of joining a gym, especially for someone new and older, is to improve health and confidence—not to walk away feeling worse than before. We had higher expectations given your advertised commitment to accessibility and support for seniors. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve staff training and member engagement, particularly with older clientele who may need a bit more encouragement and patience, included those with scarfs. As this might have been racially driven. In my 15 years in fitness never seen or heard of it, hell Arnold Schwarzenegger wouldn't have treated her a such or any award winning Olympian...

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the Macarthur region, very well maintained, professional staff, constantly improving the facilities. My whole family attend and we love it, very family friendly. Highly recommend PT Brooke, very knowledgeable and has a kind, gentle nature in her PT training.

Negative experience: Good gym, but lots of equipment is out of order and takes forever to get fixed

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to. It's great value for money as all classes, access to pools, and steam rooms are included with membership. The staff and trainers go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The crowd of the gym are generally more mature, so it's a comfortable place to go to. I've been in classes where ages range from 20s to 70s, with all levels of fitness, which is really refreshing and motivating (I'm in my early 30s). Many of my friends and family are also changing gyms to Aquafit.

Negative experience: Have been a member for many years, sadly (September 2024) with no notice to members, have deleted many classes. Let’s hope this is reconsidered!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the MacArthur region! I’ve been to 3 other gyms where the staff were just totally rude and had no care in the world. But the lovely lady at the receptions tonight understood what I was telling her and is getting the problem sorted out and I couldn’t thank her enough! I couldn’t catch her name but she was working at 6:30pm tonight!

Fantastic experience: This place has it ALL! Membership price is good,, and the staff friendly and professional. I absolutely love the hydrotherapy pool, it’s great for my arthritis, thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy Aquafit the staff are really nice and welcoming, the equipment is kept clean and the facilities such as the change rooms and sauna are well designed and easy to access.

Fantastic experience: I am not a regular gym member but had been attending their 'Adult Learn to Swim Program' for 2 terms and I can say that I am very satisfied. Friendly and accommodating staff from reception (Michelle) and Kirsty our swimming instructor was very attentive to the needs and goals of each student.

Positive experience: A great gym, I just wish they were open longer. I don’t need it 24 hour, but it would be good to be open until slightly later as I like to workout after work/dinner and after the kids are asleep - maybe just to 10/11pm on weekdays and until 9/10pm on weekends. But open until midnight all round would be so good!! Considering going to a 24 hours gym just for the longer hours, but I do love the facilities at Aquafit.

Positive experience: I love my gym they have a pool and a gym and in that gym they have everything that you need to do your weight traning they also have there very own kitchen and if your a student they only charge $5 for it so if your thinking of signing up to a gym and your a uni or Tafe student this is the gym for you but there is one thing I'm little upset about is the casual visitor are a little to much money

Positive experience: What a great atmosphere, and great staff. Love the AquaFit classes, and Eddy makes it so much fun. Go and do a class with Eddy, you will be entertained and exercised. Trust me it's an experience, and a good one.

Negative experience: Rude and disrespectful creche staff. The staff would prefer that your kids are asleep in a pram so they dont have to do the job that you pay them for. Id give this place a miss.

Negative experience: After 19yrs of being a member of aquafit my husband and I have cancelled our membership. We only used the small heated pool during the day on week days. Due to pool being booked out for ndis constantly and a incident with a older member who couldn't speak English well and ndis mother verbally abusing her we decided to leave. General manager was hostile and rude so was lady in charge of cancelled membership. They weren't interested in reason why just disappointed with their management.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I attend Aquafit regularly and it has become a big part of our weekly routine. Always a friendly greeting from Reception on arrival and acknowledgement on departure. Gym is always clean and great choice of equipment too. Trainers are always at hand to provide assistance and advice if required. A great attraction to Aquafit are the Clients, a good range of ages, which makes for a comfortable visit and a pleasant hello or conversation to be had if looking to socialise too. Nice Coffee shop for refreshments before or after a workout if needed. Everyone should make time to attend and try Aquafit.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I have been seeing today Wednesday At 4pm the lady in the Reception was very rod I was there before 5 days with my brother who come from Canda we do the paperwork in the reception and inter the Swimming pool every thing was cool and today the lady in reception asked me and My brother to do new paperwork we just do it before 5 or 6 days I advise every body to go to Bradbury swimming pool or to mount Annan very nice people,cheaper,have Sonea dry and steam , more clean

Fantastic experience: I started my fitness journey (again) about 4 years ago, my boss encouraged a group of us to join a 60 day challenge. The program was great the staff encouraging and professional the other members were competitive ( it was awsome). Fast forward past Covid and have been back since they reopened. The venue was clean the Covid safe plan was evident and even though we couldn't have as many people in the clases or get into as many classes we would have liked to, it felt like coming home to my happy place. All the lovely receptionists and life guards were welcoming For me the Aqua classes and the personal training by 1 very tortuous Janaya ( trainer extrordinaire. ) are worth every cent. Keep up the good work Aquafit

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Aquafit since it first opened its doors. They have great classes for every level of fitness. I’ve just started the small group training and absolutely love it. The facilities are awesome and the training staff are wonderful. The friendly atmosphere and making of new friends have been a highlight as well as keeping fit of coarse. I would totally recommend Aquafit.

Negative experience: It is a shame they cannot accommodate for working parents regarding pilates and spin classes in the evening after 5.30pm. Also they only have the crèche opened in the evening, 2 nights per week. Again difficult for working single parents. In order to access the gym after 4pm you need to pay extra on top of your membership which is already alot more than most other gyms. Such a shame Aquafit. Especially as your joining fee is high, you are not a 24 hour gym, you need to pay for the creche and you must pay to become a member of the catholic club to be able to join. Sounds like it's just about the money here at this gym.

Fantastic experience: One of the cleanest gyms I've ever visited! Plus you get so much for what you pay for. I'm currently on a year membership which is so much better imo then paying fortnightly etc. There's quite a large variety of classes with your membership (including an aqua fitness class) some classes include yoga, pilates, zumba, the bike thingo lol, dance fit and many more! Love that There's a pool for lap swimming and a separate one for casual swimming (has a lil spa thing in it too) the equipment isn't out dated and there's a boxing bag, stretching stations and a big weights section. Cafe and little shop that sells some energy bars, swim gear and other gym gear. (I noticed a school care when entering too but not sure if it's part of the gym) The female bathrooms have a large range of lockers and they have hair dryers and hair straighteners! Large mirrors, showers, toilets always clean. Not every locker is available due to covid and the equipment is constantly sanitised. There are multiple signs, wipes, and sanitiser stations. They also check your temperature before entry. Great job at running a safe environment! Also Catholic Club membership included

It's still the best one I've ever been to when comparing to Fitness First, Crunch, and Fit N Fast. Gym is VERY clean and all the workout equipments are top notch. Negative experience: Customer service was very disappointing. I was looking into joining, however was left waiting for over 10 minutes to talk to a staff member. When I was finally served, the conversation was abrupt and not very welcoming. I decided not to join.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my customer service experience at Aquafit was VERY disappointing. I have recently moved into the area and I am looking to find a new gym. Aquafit will certainly NOT be that gym. Although the equipment is good quality and general layout is fine ( not excellent in comparison to the gym I left in Melbourne) .. the customer service is very poor. All of the staff were at best unhelpful and certainly and not interested in going beyond the scope of their stated job description. They certainly were NOT interested in going the extra mile. And all their processes were very clunky. Since this negative interaction, I’ve decided to join another gym just around the corner.

Fantastic experience: Been my gym for years and will continue to be for many more. The best gym I have ever been with. It has a large selection of cardio, weight machines, and free weight options. Classes run regularly, and has a large lap pool. Keep up the good work!
