Negative experience: Supposed “heated pool” not warm at all, had my toddler in the water for maybe 10mins before her lips turned blue and she was shivering. Better off going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Great indoor warm pool Fun out door pool can be a little cold. Staff are so nice & friendly Phil the life gard is always so happy and great with everyone. $12 For 1 adult & 1 child

Positive experience: Not sure if all pools are same, but it’s a bit pricey for a family to go for a swim these days. The facilities I find adequate, the 25 warm pool is typically clean and the grounds and tennis courts are tidy

Negative experience: Poorly managed pools are very dirty

Negative experience: Customer service was so rude when ordering from the canteen.My clients didn’t need to hear the complaining from staff and ordered a sweet chilly wrap a client was told there wasn’t any but there was and my client ordered a milkshake and was told it was a long wait because of staffing issues. Then staff stood there talking for 10 minutes talking. Not great service at all.

Positive experience: It's only rarely crowded here. There's always carparks, even on school sports days. The staff are great. Pretty much everything is wheelchair accessible. There's a heated pool and a decent gym (both wheelchair accessible). The gym HAS mirrors so you can check your form, but they're not EVERYWHERE, so you can avoid them if you're self conscious. This is really not an instagram gym either -people with various bodies work out in casual clothes. You can usually get help from personal trainers if you need it. The clientele are friendly but also keep respectful distances. Everything in the gym is kept clean. The pool hasn't had any ridiculous chlorine mistakes that I know of, like Lawnton Pool keeps having. Loses a star only because it's not a beautiful place and the café isn't special. Probably doesn't deserve to lose a star for not being pretty, really.

Negative experience: Came into the pool with a friend and decided we'd get the kids an ice cream. Went to the cafe only to witness the staff members (Tash is the name on her tag) loudly complaining about the amount of people in the line. One lady (whom I believe was with a support worker) was taking a little longer to decide what she wanted. Tash became agitated and complained that she didn't have time for this and needed to go do stock. Don't do the job if you can't do it properly. Stomping around like a 2 year old isn't going to change anything. Have some patience and some compassion for those who need a little extra time to decide what they are wanting.

Fantastic experience: This is where I teach yoga 6 classes and I love the community feel we have there.

Negative experience: Been using this pool facility for the past 4 weeks, for the shower only. I have seen the same clunk of hair and small dried faeces in the same spot ? The main issue is the ($ FEE) for the shower only !! I have been charged $2.20 $2.50 … and today was $3.90 my wife went in 3 min after me, and was charged $2.50 ??? Sometimes l get let in for free, the staff tell me it’s free for the showers .. can you please sort out what exactly you want to charge ?

Positive experience: There should be a pool for swim classes. That way there would be room for people to exercise in the other pool

Negative experience: Pool is good. Price is good. Cafe is absolutely rubbish. Went to order food and apparently they don't make burgers past 2 on a weekday! So we ordered uber eats instead

Negative experience: Was only there 30 minutes and they closed down the pool. Spent $31 for us to get in. The staff were not helpful and most of them were new and untrained.

Fantastic experience: Havnt been for some time but always found staff ever so freindly and helpful always a pleasure to visit this place

Negative experience: The 50 m in door pool does not offer a place for weaker or less expensive swimmers if they are not part of a lesson or part of a squad. A simple solution would be that the swimming lesson be in a lane next to the one side of the pool and the adjacent lanes would be for squad. That would leave the lane on the opposite side of the pool available for the weaker less experienced swimmers that need the safety of the side of the pool. It seams that the squad needs a lane next to the side of the pool because there swimmers can not swim a full length. This pool can not be regarded as public friendly but more commercial enterprise.

Negative experience: Called twice during the week to confirm if and what time the pool was open today as it was a public holiday. Confirmed by 2x seperate staff members that it was open and the open time was 830am. Twice. Arrived this morning to find it doesn’t open until 10am. Having already unpacked the car and my nephew and waiting outside the locked gate with no one there and no signs on the gate / door was incredibly frustrating. Poor form.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic facility. The staff are lovely and very helpful, everything is beautiful and clean and the aqua class was great. My only regret is that I didn't join up years ago.

Positive experience: Three different pools, catering for any and all your swim needs: professional swimmers who want to time their performance Serious lane swimmers Just wanting a dip to cool off Play with the kids in a deep, or shallow or outside but under shade pool Relax in a heated pool to soothe aching joints Learn to swim I'm pretty sure they have facilities for less able-bodied swimmers who may require assistance entering the water. If there's not a pool to suit, you're too fussy. Outside pool is sometimes too cold Shallow pool is too warm for me The big pool is just right They sell swimwear and swim accessories. Plenty of parking They have a gym Changing rooms, separate male / female and I think disabled / family change. Lifeguards but always keep your children at arms length if they are not a competent swimmer. In my opinion I think it's a bit expensive, I typically go for an hour and pay $20 for 2 adults and 2 children. Heated pool is sometimes busy and main pool may have classes so double check. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Be careful taking out a membership here.If you put it on hold they still charge $7.00 a week.If you cancel it you pay a month's fees.

Negative experience: My family went here today but there was so many swimming lessons going on when we were there. We weren't happy as we should have been told the whole indoor area was off limits due to lessons when we were at the gate. You really need to make cheaper prices for the inconvenience or close it all for lessons only. UWe wont be returning.

Positive experience: This pool is amazing I have been training here for ages! Our current silver and Gold squad coach is amazing. He actually gets involved with the people he trains, he knows how to joke with us and actually cares about our training and us as our own individuals. I have improved so much ever since we got our current coach, I'm now officially a state level swimmer thanks to him. I would definitely recommend training here or in general just swimming here for fun, very well kept and very nice.

Fantastic experience: There's a 50m indoor pool, 25m indoor pool & also outdoor pool. Lots of grassy areas, pool chairs, even a bbq area. The cafe is not open all the time.

Negative experience: Would not recommend for children’s swimming lessons. They must have staffing issues as their phones are rarely answered and emails never replied to. Our swim instructor left during our free trial, and we advised we couldn’t continue as there were no longer any suitable times. They continued to deduct money from my account for over a month and despite being promised a refund, 2 months later, I’m still waiting.

Fantastic experience: Comfortable place for swimming. Even you cant swim, you can enjoy the pool with your family here. There is a pool which has warm water too. Thats so cool

Negative experience: Very unhappy with this business went today to purchase a monthly ticket showed my full blue pension card girl asked my date of birth what this has to do with it I don’t know she turned round to tell me it was only for aged pensioners I said I always went to government run places and never had a problem she told me this was a gov run facility it is not it is owned by the Royal lifesaving society Qld so staff obviously throwing weight around I get a basic fortnight pension after paying rent I get $400 a fortnight to live on hard enough with groceries but to have a business and staff so rude and unfriendly and unwelcoming I wouldn’t object if I was not on a full pension this is a very unjust way of dealing with your clients then how rude to send me a welcome letter from your establishment if I could give 0 star I would I have gone elsewhere who welcomed my pension card and money

Negative experience: Me and my son was enrolled for swimming lessons here. I could no longer continue with mine due to conflicts in schedules and I made them aware a month ago. Turns out the staff I spoken with didnt tell me the that i needed a signed paper to notify them of the cancellation and verbal isnt enough. They were still charging me for the lessons I can no longer attend and will still not suspend the payment even though it is their staff's incompetence that caused this. If you want to waste your money, go ahead and do your swimming here. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever experienced in my life. Not accomodating at all despite the fault on their part. NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE.

Negative experience: Feeling ripped off, took our 2 autistic children down for a splash in the kids pool, they closed the pools within 10mins of us getting there at 3.15pm , did not tell us upon entry just took our money for nothing , we couldn't even cheer them up with an icecream as the kiosk was also closed , one hottest days this summer too........just wish we where told on entry to save the heartbreak as we would have saved our money and went elsewhere.... truly poor form , :(

Fantastic experience: The pools are clean, well-maintained and fun for little ones. The bathrooms are also clean. The staff in particular are friendly and helpful and I always have a good experience here. Prices are still reasonable and the swimming lessons are great. I rate this pool highly. The only thing I would add is that the parents change table facilities could use an update — the change table is a bit wobbly and unstable.

Positive experience: Great facility overall. Friendly, helpful staff. Is well organised with notices of forthcoming events clearly posted at the entrance. 50m pool is beautifully clear and a good temperature for doing laps. Cafe serves a good range of reasonably priced food and drinks (healthy and un-healthy!). Generally, usually very clean but this appears to have fallen off lately esp. changing rooms and windows surround main pool. Agree with other reviewer re: showers though. Water saving is a must but the push button is way too firm and the timing too short. Forget about shampooing you hair, you'll be there all day!

Fantastic experience: Lots of room to either swim Laps or lane walking. Heated pools. Gym kids area. Lots of parking available. Can even get the wheelchair into the water down the ramp. It caters for every one.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my Yoga classes and I love the Gym with all the nice people. Often I also go for a swim in the Olympic Pool or I have a snooze on one of those lazy lounges. This is a resort for me, a place to recharge my batteries. Loooove it.

Negative experience: Do not sign up to this gym! I have submitted an online request via their website to cancel my membership ages ago and sent multiple emails and yet your team is saying 'oh there's a different form that needs to be filled out'. Your website being inaccurate is not my problem. Me advising in writing I am cancelling my membership is appropriate and sufficient. Further, a team member said they WOULD honour the fact I submitted that cancellation request online. And then another team member comes into the email trail saying they will not honour it. I'm actually incredibly stressed out by this. My partner has called multiple times with the same issues trying to cancel my membership and my child's swimming lessons and keeps getting the same problems. You have received multiple written requests to cancel the memberships, that's enough.

Positive experience: Nota fan of the kid outdoor splash zone, the concrete inside it is rough, hurts the feet and probably could do some damage if a kid falls. Everything else is great

Positive experience: Pros: • I like that the large swimming pool is shaded and you can do laps. There is a children's mushroom pool to play in, a heated pool to relax in and there is a food cafeteria to eat at with alright pricing. Cons: The large swimming pool gave me tons of ear and eye infections as a child, definitely could do with more maintence with cleaning.

Negative experience: Called up to see if the pool was open for a casual lap swim. Was told yup certainly is come on down. Pay, go in, half the lap lanes were taken up by squad and in the remaining lanes there were atleast 3 people in each. We waited a couple minutes for a lane to be free and get on in. Only to be told as soon as we get in that 5! Of the lanes were closing for something else. So we were told we had to move from the lane we had just waited for. Squad got moved to 3 lanes and everyone else was expected to use the 2 lanes remaining. We left. No point, cant actually swim. What a waste of money and time. Very disappointing.

Positive experience: Pricing isn't too bad about $18 for 2x Adults 1x Child,. Facilities are always well maintained and the canteen has a relatively good assortment of options for food and snacks. They also permit outside food for those with particular dietary requirements as long as there are no glass containers and no alcohol. Overall find this to be a good location to visit during these hot summer months for their indoor and outdoor cold pools, and pretty good in winter for their indoor heated pool too.

Positive experience: The centre is perfect for everything, large indoor pools, also big greenery pools outside but with a small thing I hate a give myself 3 stars. It's the hot water at shower. The hot water is so hot, My son does want to go because he says it's too hot water at shower he need to take at the end especially for head can't bear it. Also the push button for shower is bit hard need an adult pushpin every 20secs . You guys have made such a beautiful place but can't fix such a small thing which is miserable. I will put 5 stars if the hot water is fixed but the staff said they can't do anything,don't k ow if such temperature is still complaint with pool safety regulations.

Fantastic experience: I became aware of the Burpengary Regional Aquatic & Leisure Centre, after I moved here and was looking around for a gym to join. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I got a 7 day free entry pass which gave me the opportunity to check out the whole facility and classes. From day one I loved the atmosphere; the other members are friendly and helpful. Most of the instructors are very good and motivating, therefore I enjoy classes, like Zumba, Circuit and some of the Aqua classes.

Fantastic experience: Took the kids we had alot of fun, awesome lifeguards and was a great experience.

Positive experience: What a great centre! Multiple pools, all under cover. There's something for everyone here.

Negative experience: Pool is fine. Disappointing service at the cafe. Waited over 30 mins and advised it was due to being school holidays. 2 staff, one training and both serving and cooking. No number order which meant a friend who ordered ahead of us being served 10 mins before we did and others who ordered after us, being served before us also. Other people’s orders were incomplete and had to come back in line to request it. Unapologetic staff. I may come back to the pool, but when I do I will ensure to bring our own lunch and snacks.

Positive experience: Nice soccer fields , it will be better to put some shade and sitting area. But the fields are good and easy with parking spot

Fantastic experience: What a great place to go for a swim or exercise. The pool is heated and well maintained. The outside grounds are kept real clean. The gentleman Lifeguard is always friendly. The Cafe has yummy hot chips and friendly staff. The Staff at the gate are great and very helpful and friendly. There is an outside water park for summer time. Go check it out .

Fantastic experience: Love the outdoor pool, and really like using the smaller indoor pool when it starts getting cooler. My kids are 7, 5, and 2.5yo, and I always feel safe taking them here for a swim.
