Fantastic experience: My toddler is having swimming lessons here and I'm so impressed. The facilities are so clean, the staff are so friendly and I especially love that they offer make up lessons for sick days. I'd like to compliment Kim who helped with my initial enquiry and signing us up. She was so warm and friendly to talk to and had all the time in the world for us. And Amelia who is instructing our class, she's wonderful with both the kids and the adults! She makes everyone feel welcome and at ease.

Positive experience: Gym has two levels, toilet and bath only on the Ground level. Great Hex Dumbbells and 3 sets of weights available. Staff was friendly, Jared the Fitness Director here is always full of enthusiasm and energy! Great work! Just sadly, they don’t have accessible water Station for those using the gym at night and shower facilities doesn’t have shower curtains for privacy.

Fantastic experience: I do water aerobics twice a week with Jarred and Sky. Thoroughly enjoy the half hour exercise program. The warm water makes for a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been a part of this fantastic centre for 4 months so far. Jared and the team have been so welcoming, and have been able to tailor programs for me to reach my fitness goals. The small group training is such a supportive and fun environment and is easily adaptable to each individuals needs. Can't recommend Oceana enough!

Negative experience: Too expensive and money hungry. Should take a leaf out of the aquatic centres book. A much larger centre and with more amenities and better money for value

Fantastic experience: I started with oceana 4 months ago doing small group training and it's been fantastic. I love that staff and trainers are so supportive and are always happy to have a chat .

Fantastic experience: I just have a swim membership. It has helped my raise my fitness, strength and flexibility in an enjoyable way. The assessments are quite useful.

Positive experience: My son does EP at this facility and when the door to outside is pegged in the cold months it is freezing, most unpleasant for support persons. It can't be that hard to repair the door so that it can be opened from outside and doesn't need to be held open.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely enjoyable exercises and friendly, cheerful instructors. Have thoroughly enjoyed myself at these sessions and have not regretted joining one iota!

Fantastic experience: Part of this club is best experience for me. The staff is so good and they have very good experience about their work. I am reaching towards my good with the help of this club. The gym is very clean and peaceful. I am glad that I joined that gym.

Positive experience: The gym is split across two levels. One is shared with physio staff and their clients, the other has group fitness classes at times. The gym has all the basic equipment, but not extensive. Staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: Simply...Oceana has exceeded my expectations- this was the change I needed. I've been super pumped to attend the 3 small group training sessions each week. Being able to challenge myself at my own pace with support from the trainers has been great!

Fantastic experience: I recently had to cancel my contract due to a workplace accident rendering me unable to use my membership. When I called Oceana to discuss my options I was treated professionally and respectfully and even offered some hydrotherapy for rehabilitation purposes. Thanks to Kim and management I have been refunded the unused portion of my membership. Oceana has a great facility and friendly staff and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Due to ongoing financial difficulties, I have pulled out of the gym membership, but will definitely keep the pool membership going. Fantastic experience: Swimming twice a week. Top pool. Top facilities. Two and a half years of toddler swimming lessons for my granddaughter with best-ever swimming teacher Katie has been a delight to witness. Friendly and efficient staff just adds to the pleasure.

Fantastic experience: Clean, large gym with lots of space and different areas to work out. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and treats you like an individual. First time I've ever actually enjoyed working out and kept going to a gym after the trial period was over.

Positive experience: Went to Oceana pool to day at 2.45 Girl on desk said Hi , I changed got onto pool only to be told at 3pm that the pool was closing MAY BE SOME TRAINING FOR THE STAFF TO INFORM PEOPLE IF THEY ARRIVE WITH IN 30 MINUTES OF CLOSING TIME THEY ARE INFORMED OF THIS, AS NOT EVERY ONE KNOWS YOUR HOURS. Since the first post Oceana has updated on their communication with a regular update on the time use of the pools with has made it easy to know when we can use the pool in advance. Well Done.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing small group training at Oceana for more than 5 years and have found it to be very motivating. The trainers are great and keep me working hard. They watch want I'm doing and correct any mistakes I'm making.

Fantastic experience: I started here 3 weeks before covid shut the gym and have now done another 3 weeks as part of the 6 week challenge. Ive had great results losing 10kg with help from the great trainers. The facilities are great and the trainers and staff are very friendly. It's always nice to have a friendly smile on an early morning start before work.

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to Oceana for about 5 years now. Haven’t been in for a while, due to covid-19 and health issues prior. But it’s always a pleasure when you head in and get a nice warm welcome from the staff there. The pool is always a pleasant temperature , I use it to walk laps to help improve my injury, and then spend a good half hour in the Hydro-pool. A lot of changes have happened over the years, but Oceana will always be a Oceana. The enterprise is a credit to its owner and staff.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Oceana Health and Fitness. I have been a member for 14 plus years. The recently renovated facilities are fantastic. Pools, gym and group fitness area , where we do classes are wonderful spaces to workout in. The instructors are excellent and the staff are very friendly. I have made many friends from Oceana. Come and check it out, give it a trial, “ Do It For You “.

Fantastic experience: Loved doing the 6 week challenge a couple of years ago. Trainers were great, very supportive. Lots of variety in classes. Doing water awareness classes with our baby now and still a great facility. 33 degrees in the pool is lovely

Positive experience: Great staff very supportive, overall I recommend it, despite this the public pool change rooms can be rather... dirty if not for this would've been 5 STARS :D

Negative experience: Dis-honest advertising, 42 day challenge is unachievable for many people even if you follow the program 100%. The classes are good but the rest just seems dodgy!

Fantastic experience: I completed my 6 week challenge this week. I can't recommend or thank Oceana , staff, trainer's and fellow gym members enough. I have lost weight , gained confidence, friendship, and the skills i need to continue on with my weight loss journey. I have tried other gyms in the past and yes lost weight reached goals but unlike Oceana there was no aftercare. Its awesome to have the continued support and guidence after the 6 week challenge. Thank you for your dedication to me and in return i will give you mine

Fantastic experience: finally, after many years my weight is below 100kg and keeps going down. Maybe not the latest gym equipment but kind and knowledgeable staff, exhausting group fitness, and methods used at Oceana were central to me losing over 15kg within 12 weeks. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Absolutely shyte house. Don't go there

Negative experience: Our child is experiencing a skin disorder and is unable to attend swim lessons indefinitely. We have been for several weeks trying to communicate this with admin staff to cancel the continued direct debit from our bank account but it seems that the process is becoming very complicated. After calling we were advised a simple form will need to be completed as expected it wasn’t going to be easy to stop the debits without obstruction. We completed the form clearly and returned it promptly and in addition to this we indicated in writing that we will resume the child’s lessons once we get clearance from her Doctor. The continued charging has put us in excessive credit and we were advised that we could use these lessons at any time in the future only if we booked on line. We then received an email with 4+questions about the information provided on the cancellation form as if a 4 year old was reading it.. Be sure to understand the payment arrangements of this establishment before committing to provide your bank details and authorisation for direct debit. The instructors were excellent and the venue is first class only being let down by poor and what seems to be difficult and In experienced front office staff. The process for cancellation should be much more streamlined and managed promptly. It’s ineffective and feels a little unethical.

Fantastic experience: A very supportive gym that makes each visit count while still having fun. Child minding is fantastic. My children have easily bonded with Maddy and love going as much as I do :) so so happy and getting great results :)

Negative experience: Water Temp Last Night WAYYYY to cold. Need to buckle up winter is coming!! you advertise 29.5 degrees NOO it was not!! others to commented it was cold...no wonder it was quiet!!!
