Fantastic experience: My daughter goes for her swimming lessons here. She has made commendable progress. Simone is her instructor and has been amazing. The most impressive part was the assessment. Not only that the kids are trained but the assessment is so detailed that they make sure that kids are really ready for the next level. My daughter has been to many other swimming schools but finally we have got the best for her. Kudos to the team and thankyou.

Fantastic experience: Great indoor aquatic centre for kids

Positive experience: Love this place and would love to give five stars, however one of the staff members in the gym makes my husband and I feel extremely uncomfortable (all other staff are so helpful and fabulous - especially those at the front desk who I love having a chat with on my way in!). A few months ago I was working out and she was running a class, with all of the class members doing jumping and push ups right near the only rack where you can get heavy plates. I had to duck, weave and step over people in order to put back the heavy plates I was using (in returning my weights I am following their gym policy and etiquette by not leaving heavy weights on equipment I’ve used). I felt awkward and you could tell the people in the class did too, but that was where they were instructed to train so they couldn’t move. My husband noticed this all happening and approached her kindly to let her know how dangerous this was for both myself and the people in the class. She didn’t care for his concern and was really abrasive in her response. Ever since, she has relentlessly targeted us. Other people in the gym can have no towel and she does nothing, however if my husband has no towel she will speak to him and tell him she’ll kick him out next time. On one occasion, my husband walked in to the gym in his slides and sat down in the bags area to change his shoes. She kicked him out the door to change his shoes, yet on the same day a man was running in and out of the gym from the pool dripping wet with no shoes on at all.. she did nothing. This morning we were doing a quick warmup in the open area and she approached us to tell us we had to move within 20 minutes because a class was starting. We weren’t going to stand there for 20 minutes anyway. Another person was working out in the same area and wasn’t told to move. If the people in the class in the morning, which is run by another trainer, are near equipment that I’m using he will move them and is so respectful. He doesn’t prioritise the people in the class just because they’re in his class, he cares about everybody who is paying to use the space. This lady only cares about people in her class and has ruined our gym experience here. We feel awkward and targeted when she is around. I fear we’ll need to look for a new gym, which is disappointing after finding somewhere to train that we really loved.

Fantastic experience: Great setup. Pools for all abilities plus swimming lessons available. Varied gyms classes and happy atmosphere

Negative experience: Spa and sauna areas close at 7 every Friday. No signs anywhere to advertise this and no staff told us before we entered. Waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Moved my daughter (6 years) to Oasis from another centre and I can’t believe how fast my daughter progressed. I have not seen any instructors like Corinne, who is calm, professional and hard working that my daughter learnt much more in 2 months than what she learnt in last 2 years. Positive experience: Outstanding gym! Friendly staff, top-notch equipment, and motivating atmosphere. I’ve seen fantastic results, and it’s become my second home.

Negative experience: The facilities at this aquatic centre are great and well maintained. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for their swim school. If you want a different swim teacher every week, problems with assessing a childs swimming ability and a swim school coordinator that tells you one thing one week and something completely different the next because they can't remember then this is the place for you. If you want a well run swim school with competent staff in their leadership roles then definitely look elsewhere. There are much more professionally run organisations in the Hawkesbury that we have found far better than this place. Stay well clear of this swim school!

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out and swim and a plus that they accept fitness passport! All the staff are really friendly and have good phone response rates.

Negative experience: Coffee shop is a joke. 1 staff member on a Saturday and after I waited 30 minutes and asked why everyone else's order that was after mine was coming out they did not care.

Positive experience: I go here for the gym it's pretty good variety of equipment but....it feels weird being a gay guy there I used to go there with a guy I was seeing and would get A LOT of side eyes and weird looks but that's not the places fault more just the people using the space

Negative experience: I believe there should be a dress code. I don't want to sit on a seat that's had a 15year old in a gstring sitting on it. Men have no choice and if they pulled that up on their computer they would be tagged a peodofile . Swimming centres need a dress code won't be back

Fantastic experience: Great place for any size children to swim and play. Lots of life guards. Has aqua classes for adults and seniors. Really good gym and friendly staff.

Positive experience: Due to growth in adjourning areas, they have become quite busy and populated. Washrooms are under maintenance for 2 months, entry system is old fashioned manual supervised and frequent cancellation and rescheduling of lessons. There is a lot for them to improve on.

Fantastic experience: Great place to take kids for swim. Staff very watchful, indoor heated pool as well as outside.gets busy in school holidays, of course. A other pool indoors would be great for the growing population in Windsor and it's surrounding suburbs

Fantastic experience: Very well-maintained indoor and outdoor swimming pool, less crowded during weekdays. Plenty of lifeguards. The changing rooms/shower are pretty clean too. The gym is a decent size and can get crowded during peak hours. Plenty of parking infront and next to the park. There is a cafe inside which makes kids happy!

Positive experience: Absolutely love this place, been going here on and off for quite a few years. I would give 5 stars accept for the pricing, I think it's way over the top to pay $20.50 for a casual visit , should be like $6 for the Gym n Swim. I know it's in line with most other Gyms. I have been recovering from an injury for about 8 years and you either have to pay the membership and it is direct debit or casual at $20.50 a visit.

Negative experience: Agree with below mentioned comment about them being so intense. I cannot even step one foot into the creche entry without being turned away, unless it's 10:35. If I get there at 10:34 I'm asked to wait outside. Class starts at 10:40 on the dot. So I have 5 min to drop kids off and set up. If the class has a lot of people there's no where but the front and I just don't feel comfortable there. I tried to manage this by going in after the prior class, setting up with the kids and then taking them at 10:35 but then again I'm told kids aren't allowed to go into the group class room as per policy. So I leave them where ??? Outside. They really know how to make a mum feel uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience: Used my fitness passport with a few colleagues for a recovery day. On duty lifeguard was friendly and allocated a lane for us to utilise as a group & provided us with complimentary spa & steam room access (as upon entering, we were unaware of the extra costs involved). Atmosphere was calm & relaxing and we left feeling refreshed & rejuvenated. Will visit more often!

Fantastic experience: A fun little day out for the whole family. There are plenty of things to keep kids of all ages entertained. There are outdoor and indoor options for pools, a playground, as well as a gym and canteen. Swimming lessons are also available. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I did body combat and body pump last Saturday and the instructors were fun. The facilities in group fitness were clean and the reception staff attentive. You can swim and work out here also. Seems like a family orientated place.

Fantastic experience: Because of the Covid-19 lockdown, I didn't swim for a long time and I missed the place so much that I thoroughly enjoyed my day and time spent in that lovely water spa.and the pool etc. I love the caring attention of the the staff members. Thank you Oasis.

Fantastic experience: Ample parking, great place for the kids or family to have a casual swim....pools to accommodate kids of all swimming levels. It's clean, and they have a great outdoor area, you can have a picnic after a swim outside. My kids enjoy it here very much. There are also ever watchful life guards watching the kids play. Oh and the price is very good too :)

Negative experience: Well, today, July 18th I thought I might take the girl for a relaxing spa after a long week. To ensure that covid had not shut them down, I rang just after lunch. The young girl on the phone ensured me that the spa was open. 2.00pm we turn up for a spa and were told it was only available for members. I explained our frustration and she simply turned us away. 30 min drive each way. NOT Impressed.

Negative experience: we went there this morning. I wasn't aware that it was online only booking. The lady at the front counter was helpful, and offered to complete the online booking for us until I went to pay, as I only had cash. There was no cash option for me and the 4 children with me who were planning to spend a good few hours and have lunch there. I didn't see a notice when I walked in saying they do not accept cash. I won't be going back.

Positive experience: We've been coming here for a while now and today my son was told he can't bomb in the pool or he would be asked to leave. None of the other lifeguards have ever had an issue with it. He puts no one in danger doesn't do it around other patrons. Never puts himself in an unsafe position. Myself or his father or aunty are always present. There were three other teenagers jumping in such awkward positions and were not given the same information. There is no signage saying that we can't bomb so don't see what her problem is. And yes I said we as there father joins in. I hope management addresses her, she took the fun out of my sons day. Walking around in black sunnies and a black hat like she's a warden. Buzz kill for sure and on new years day.

Negative experience: Bad, a teammate used to go to Windsor swim club and he said that it was horrible and coaches were mean. Would guve less then 1 star but doesnt allow me too.

Positive experience: There is an outdoor pool with plenty of seating around it and there is a substantial indoor area undercover and heated for lap swimming or physio lanes in addition to a leisure pool for younger swimmers. There is a sauna and a spa and a small gym also available on the premises. There is a small kiosk with seating nearby so that guardians can watch people in their care while they have a coffee. There are lockers disabled toilets and the usual change rooms.
