Positive experience: The lady at the front desk was great but I while I was walking in the hydro pool a couple got in the pool and basically walked where I was. So as to not walk into them I moved over eventually moving out of the pool

Fantastic experience: We recently held a birthday party here. The process was easy and had a couple of options. We wanted to hire the inflatable obstacle for the kids. I chose the non catered option and used the BBQ facilities. Both parents and kids had an amazing time. We also had 1 lifeguard and 1 staff member next to the inflatable for the duration and both those ladies went above and beyond on the day. Highly recommend if wanting to hold a party.

Fantastic experience: Greetings, I enrolled my daughter, Mckaeleyana Jane, in swimming lessons here. Her instructor is a little blonde girl who has great swimming teaching skills! Upon arrival for our first lesson, the instructor greeted me with a kiss on the cheek (which is the most action I've had in a while, might i add), before picking up Mckaeleyana Jane and hurling her into the water. though she sunk at first, she quickly began to freestyle like a professional under the instruction of this young blondie! Mckaeleyana Jane is now even better than the instructor, confidently swimming the whole length of the pool in under 0.5 seconds. I think she may have even grown gills!! HAHAHAHAHA Anyway... The bathroom facilities are great... that is, before I went to them. They're a little festier now... Overall a lovely swimming centre! Could be improved if they removed the bodies from the bottom of the pool!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic venue for a child’s party. This is the second party we have had here for our child and happily recommend to our friends. Staff are friendly and have everything organised and both times we have had the inflatable obstacle for the children who are carefully watched by the Life Guards on duty. The staff clear up quickly from the previous party and are prompt to have ours set up very nicely. Thank you Maddy and the crew.

Positive experience: The warm pool is great for the little ones. Life guards are keeping an eye out. The big pool is great for laps if you only want 25m.

Positive experience: Really lovely facility. Great splash pool for babies and kids pool. Reasonably cheap. Disappointed in kids running wild, constantly jumping right next to my 6 month old, I had to move him out of dodge multiple times. If parents aren't going to watch or manage their kids unsafe behaviour the lifeguards should step in and say something.

Negative experience: Seriously, please get the pool cleaner. The tiles inside the pool wall is limed with a filthy water mark. Get into the water and clean them. Then please have adequate motors to work efficiently to clean the pool. The several large pile of who knows what on the bottom and strong chemicals used in the water is not good. Staff are trying their best but improvements need to be made. As you entered and it was first thing in the morning, carpet had not been vacuumed the night before flithy.

Positive experience: The chlorine was suffocating, the life guards are not really watching the children swim,and the people teaching children to swim are pre occupied talking to each other instead of concentrating on the children having a lesson

Fantastic experience: Indoor pool, suitable for all ages and mobility levels. Disabled parking, change rooms and ramps. The kids area is particularly good, a great design and fun for all. Change rooms have open benches, private shower cubicles and separate toilets all in the same room. The entrance offers the most amazing choice of swim wear in a good amount of sizes, along with goggles, swim caps and other items. Hot food and drinks, ice creams are also sold at the side counter where you can sit at a table and enjoy.

Positive experience: Indoor heated pools can at times be very busy with swim classes etc, however it is a good place to go, staff are friendly and emenities are good. They also have a small cafe (great hot chips!).

Negative experience: Good facility managed very poorly, a real shame. From upper management through to life guards, this place needs a considerable shake up. This is a public facility, which I understand is leased to and managed by a third party, Belgravia Leisure; the public, as the owners of this facility deserve better. As is so often the case, the corporatisation of public facilities results in the public having to accept a substandard service to facilitate private gain. Forever a shame...

Positive experience: A little indoor place for rainy days and good for family hang out.

Negative experience: We arrived on the Sunday morning for a leisure swim and told that it was in use by another group. There was nothing on their website or even on their timetable (on the front counter) about this closure. Honestly we are fed up with this pool. We have been turned away because of broken pumps, sick staff and now closing the leisure pool for another function without any notice, staff couldn’t care less. Completely unacceptable when we pay for this with our rates! Find yourself another pool, this one is poorly run

Negative experience: Rudest lifeguards ever and management obviously doesn't care because they haven't gotten back to us about our complaint. We will be taking it up with the council instead. You can't treat people the way your staff treat people.

Negative experience: We attended swim lessons here with our daughter, it was very busy and the class sizes were large, it was fine. We made the decision to move to another place for lessons and requested to cancel our enrolment. We have the months notice as requested and after that date we continued to be charge for lessons (auto debit) I have notified the pool and requested a refund for fees charged since our enrolment cancelled, yet a week on and we were again charged fees.

Positive experience: Unfortunately, each time we've attended, with a 3 yr old, within a half hour the little pool is shut down, and everyone is ordered into the laned pool. Then promptly the swimming instructors take over two thirds (at the shallow end) of the laned pool, and tell me to get out of their way with my 3 year old to the deep end. We've paid full price to be sent to less than one sixth of the laned pool, with an attitude issue from the instructors. Suggestion....take 3 of the 5 lanes out and free up space for paying customers.

The only downside no shade in car park to shelter from heat or to park car under, there is about 2 trees with shade/shelter - not enough ! more Trees need to be planted on the outside of car park for shade & air . Other than that would definitely recommend - score 9/10. i would have have give you 10/10 but the trees are a big issue !

Positive experience: Great day out for the kids, and good to keep sun smart at the same time. As the whole pool area is under cover. Seating area in side or take your towel outside if you want some sun. Was busy on Sunday from 10 - 1:30. Was more room to move about 2. The blow up obstical course opened at 11. The canteen was very very busy. The staff were amazing. Lifesavers kept their eyes on any trouble makers.

Fantastic experience: This is a great pool they have the bigger pool and then they have two smaller separate pools for the smaller children one is like a beach pool and the other is more for the swim lessons the staff there are absolutely lovely they have a really good little menu with lots of hot food on it and the entry price is definitely reasonable they also have an outdoor area that's grassed that the kids can go and run a play on. it's just a really good little centre
