Negative experience: Living close to F45 Mount Isa your music is soooo loud it can be heard streets away and is anoying to your neibours, why don't you go digital and show you are a good neibour.

Fantastic experience: Being new to the F45 family I was very nervous however welcomed with so much enthusiasm and “go get ‘em” attitude by not only the staff but the other gym goers also. I’m only in week 3 of my journey but loving every moment of it. I can truly see myself continuing with this group after my 8 week challenge is finished.
