Negative experience: Cons: All of the equipment literally everything is really sticky and dirty i don't think the trainers are aware or either they do not workout there. There are bottles and paper towels in every corner so you can wipe your equipment down. But i am not sure what the red substance is an it makes it stickier when you wipe stuff down. But smells good. I am not exaggerating at all, but i am a clean person and i now have a wart on my finger first time in my life. And a rash on my bum. Not saying it's from the gym but yeah i got these two things after a month of training here. There is no AC or air circulation. occasionally when a member enters, the gym gets a 5 second window of oxygen and fresh air entering. There is one FAN where you cannot switch on. The Wifi is not the best. Pros: The equipment they have are good machines and good choice of selection. And the layout of all the equipment is done right. The team members are very kind people and understanding. There is free filtered water where you can fill up your bottle. The fee for the gym is low which is good. They did say they are going to upgrade the whole gym soon. Till then i will be diverting to another gym and return when it's ready. Anytime fitness down the road is rubbish they are not kind and its expensive. They are a scam. So id say as soon as this place is upgraded it will be a very good and busy gym cause of its location.

Fantastic experience: Member for a few weeks now and big fan

Negative experience: The equipments in the gym are all outdated most of them are missing parts or not functioning properly. I don’t think they check their equipments properly. This can seriously harm someone if it still goes unchecked. Also make sure to read your contract properly as they trick you by saying it is 30 day notice period but then you find out it is more than that and you cannot do anything about it. I joined this gym because it was close to my house but I regret ever making this decision.

Negative experience: The staff was very rude and made some racist remarks on the colour of my skin, such incident has happened to one of my friend too.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. There are plenty of sanitisation stations for those grubs who don't bring a towel and leave sweat halos everywhere.

Negative experience: bad people some bad stuff to crowded to much money bad impossible never answer phone calls

Negative experience: To crowded at peak times. Some of the equipment is outdated compared to other gyms with cheaper memberships. I live up the road would love to make this my main gym but everytime I go it just feels to crowded. It's obviously gonna grow but the space isn't. I wonder how the owner will counter act this?

Fantastic experience: Very friendly trainer and admin . Close to home and clean/enough space/equipment (for me) here.

Positive experience: Nice cozy gym, some of the equipment just needs more constant maintenance to ensure that's there's no downtime.

Negative experience: very rude staff and ill-informed, i joined the gym with my son recently and now i was told about do's and don'ts. senseless to pay for an entry card $30 (non refundable) per member-ridiculous. i would not recommend to anyone to go there very old type Emerald Hills outlet needs over haul or refurbishment it is 2022 that place looks from the stone age. no star would be better but it does not work i guess

Negative experience: it's a ok gym, but i feel like the personal trainers there are bit intimidating, i get a sense of vibe that they are judging others especially those who are new to the gym, most of the times i see them just standing around chatting to each other. It doesn't seem like their focus is on their client.

Negative experience: Very hard to get in contact with them when I wanted to cancel my membership. Tried calling but goes straight to voicemail everytime and no response to my emails. Still getting charged for my membership and unable to go into the gym in person to cancel as I have moved to another state. A lady I knew who was one of the personal trainers told me that was the only way I could cancel is to go in. Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone and wouldn’t sign up again in the future

Negative experience: Plus fitness is a great gym BUT if you ever try to leave they make it very very hard. Month to month contract means nothing to them.

Positive experience: I have been going to this gym for a while and while it has many positive aspects, there are a few areas that need improvement. One noticeable issue is that it tends to get quite crowded during peak hours, which can make it challenging to access the equipment you want in a timely manner. Additionally some of the gym equipments is need of repair or replacement.

Fantastic experience: Clean Gym with good range of equipment. Mature gym users. One of my favourite branches.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL should you wish to cancel your membership. They will not make it happen. I have been trying to cancel my membership with no response despite attempting reach. They will do whatever it takes to make sure they do not respond to you. Have this in MIND when joining this particular gym.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym from a females only gym that closed down during the onset of COVID19 and I must say they have exceeded my expectations in terms of hygeine, tidiness and general hospitality of the gym staff. Very impressed and really enjoy working out here.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym I’ve been to. The staff are amazing. Love the family feel of the place. Always welcoming and helpful. Worked out here throughout my whole pregnancy and felt safe to do so with the support of the staff. The gym is always super clean, organised and spacious. Love all the ‘easy to use’ gym equipment with plenty of weights to go around. Also has a functional training area so therefore has everything to cover variety of workouts. It has plenty of car park outside as well as a supermarket, restaurants, nail salon etc. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an awesome place to train

Negative experience: Visited here once, won't be going again. Got told by the lady who works there that I need to go heavier on a machine cause its making a noise. When advising her I follow a specific program and that i won't be going heavier, she then questions who does my programming. Who does my programming is irrelevant. Also seeing her smoking at the front door isn't very appealing nor is it very professional.
