Fantastic experience: The gym facility is spotlessly clean, making every visit refreshing and enjoyable. It’s not overcrowded, so I never have to wait for equipment. The range of machines is excellent, with several high-quality treadmills available. I particularly appreciate their body composition measurement service—it’s a great feature for tracking progress. Another fantastic option is the after-hours pass. It’s incredibly convenient to have the flexibility to work out at any time that suits me. Aquamoves is a top-notch gym with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Great facility for a community of this size. Unfortunately is managed very poorly with extremely dirty facilities inside the pool and surrounding it and underexperienced staff with little ability to manage the facility. A shame given the size and value of this resource.

Negative experience: Bad treatment, I do not recommend it

Positive experience: Awesome✨group classes& instructors and Aqua facilities,, Only one disadvantage is Not a 247gym,, SpeciallyClose on every Sunday Night 5-9pm,, It's a big affection for us (Sunday Night used to be my main training hours),,,. sad.

Positive experience: First time going there. Lovely staff. Very helpful. A little stuffy to breath in the indoor pool as asthmatic. So could only do backstroke as couldn't breath doing breast stoke or freestyle. Will try the outdoor pool next time.

Positive experience: It's a nice place with a playground, mini slide and tiny lazy river but it was still very fun. The lazy river was good but I definitly recommend bringing your own donut.

Negative experience: Over the years as a younger kid it’s a good, cheap place to have a bit of fun with the occasional dirty bandied on the pool floor As for older kids there’s not much to do but go on the Tarzan rope and rapid river and Manet do some laps in the the pool. Anyway the chips there are really good that’s all I have to say

Negative experience: Male life guard kept looking inappropriately at my girlfriend and smiling roughly 2 hours ago i would like action taken immediately, if this happens again i WILL take action into my own hands this is not acceptable

Negative experience: we were at a bday party we saw a kid drowning and the life guards were to busy gossiping to realize up until the kids dad went up and tolled them sadly the kid lived

Positive experience: It can be great or it can be annoying depending on time of the day and who's there. But that's par for the course with any public pool. They run a lot of classes and stuff so it's a good idea to find out when they aren't happening otherwise you might go in for a swim and find that the lanes you need to use are packed. Again pretty standard. I took a point off because the hydro pool is often too cold, and they have no policy against people just hanging out in the hydro pool like it's a public bath, which can make it difficult to actually use it for it's intended purposes. And unless in mistaken it's the only hydro pool in town

Negative experience: My partner and I recently joined aquamoves. When we were signing up and paying all our fees we were told we would have 20/7 access to the gym. We were told we would have to wait and collect our fob for this access the next time we were in. However, when we went to collect the fob we were told we would have to pay $20 extra each to gain 20/7 access to the gym. Absolutely disgraced as this is not what we were told when we signed up. We would not have joined if we knew we wouldn’t have 20/7 access after paying all that money. Women on reception who we were dealing with when asking for the fob for 20/7 access was rude also. He’s not been a good experience so far !

Positive experience: Facilities were great, pricing was good but my entire family found that after about 10mins our eyes were absolutely BURNING. I’m not sure if it was the chlorine or what is was but it ruined the experience a little bit for us, we ended up leaving early because we couldn’t handle the pain from it.

Positive experience: Outside change rooms are terrible, although the indoor area is more than satisfactory, the pools are spacious and the food is adequate.

Positive experience: Great service, great food, great for young kids (with or without lessons). Dont go on weekdays for a casual swim as almost every place is reserved for swimming lessons.

Negative experience: I wanted to do GYM twice a week for my Husband and for me to swim twice a week we signed up and then they said you need a VISA Card Which a lot of PENSIONERS DI NOT HAVE, SO WE SAID NO THANKS. SO I will not be joining nor my Husband

Positive experience: There's some issues with some of the staff treating people going to the gym. A long wait times to get a private session. Otherwise a very good place to go the gym to. And I do appreciate the after hours pass the most.

Fantastic experience: Indoor Swimming, does have indoor pools, outdoor pools and splash park. perfect for everyone, inclusive for all cultures and people. Good for beginners to advanced swimmers. Been coming here since I was a young kid, always been the best place in Shepparton during the summer and Staff have always been kind, respectful and professional. If you aren't keen to swim there's plenty of seating, and outside has a lake, with walking tracks, playground (inclusive for all people) etc.

Negative experience: Came here on Labour Day long weekend on a nice 30 degree day and the outdoor pool was not open, very disappointing. Inside was packed. Slide was operating, only for a certain period of time, not constantly and the 'tarzan swing' wasn't being used at all.

Positive experience: Disappointed as this facility seems to provide events for swimming classes but I don’t see them considering the wide range of diversity that is within our community. As I have went onto the website and cannot find any women’s only classes. What is also disappointing is that when they did run it, it was only for 2 hours once a month. Ladies of all ages, races and religions much prefer a women’s-only environment as it can prevent a lot of women feeling comfortable in a mixed environment. I’m not making a complaint on behalf of feminism, I’m expressing my opinion on behalf of many women, to make the only great swimming facility in the area a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all within the community. I am not against also making times for just men, just elderly and so forth. I agree that, that would be a great idea but please take into consideration my words and how myself and a lot of women find it uncomfortable in an exposing environment just to be able to exercise or enjoy aerobic activities. Otherwise great facility, I haven’t had any complaints over the years from myself or others.

Positive experience: Nice place, having fun with family.

Positive experience: The out door water splash park, Olympic pool and activities area is cool making Aquamoves an awesome place to visit in the summer. Indoor rapids and water slide are good when they are available to use. The hydrotherapy pool is at times too small for use and frustrating when you have paid for a service and you can't access it or do your therapy, even when it is book for this purpose. The sauna is far too small and devastating as again another service paid for and not able to be used. The gym is ok. Personal trainers are knowledgeable which is great. Majority of the young staff are amazing. I also noticed today my membership price has changed without consultation which is also disappointing. Our family has three memberships and it costs us over $88 a fortnight, very expensive no family memberships on offer. Kids are limited to the times they can attend the gym and they are not allowed to access the spa or sauna however they still pay the same as I do.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for a swim and to give the kids a break from the heat. Pools are all clean and well maintained. Staff seems friendly enough. Snack bar is reasonable - the kids meals are really adequate for what you pay.
