Positive experience: 5 star: Great staff, lovely clean pool & gym area with great quality equipment that's well maintained. The pool has been a lovely temperature for rehab since the covers have been put on overnight - thank you ☺️ It would be great if the gym opened at 0500 or 0530 on weekdays for those that start work early. A future hydro pool at 35 degrees Celsius if the land allows for an extension, would be amazing since there aren't any hydro pools in the area for public use. 3 star: The temperature in the gym is way too COLD at 19 degrees Celsius - I find it difficult to break any sort of sweat in the weights area and many of us have to come in wearing jackets (even in summer). I would say it's because there are many vents in the weights room and minimal vents in the cardio room. Other members, staff and I have given this feedback a few months ago, requesting an increase in the temperature (21 degrees Celsius would be much more comfortable), but upper management don't seem to be listening or making any changes for the majority's comfort, so I thought I'd make this suggestion on here. Note that some gyms don't even have aircon and function just fine with just fans. Thanking you and hoping the feedback is taken seriously.

Fantastic experience: So unbelievably lucky to have such a sensational pool 10 mins from our town. Love these guys- flanks for looking after us so well post road trauma injuries! UPDATE: Nothing's changed except it's summer and maybe even better in summer. Water and shade... perfect!

Negative experience: Bitterly disappointed, checked operating hours on website....Take grandchildren to indoor pool to be told it closes at 1pm.....We realised the outdoor pool would be closed due to the lower temperatures ,but seriously it is the holiday season,so that leaves nowhere to have a swim . Website says 8pm ....

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, great Aqua instructors, good coffee and good clean facilities. Pity the Mon and Wed Aqua exercise classes have been changed this year to start too early these days in the morning to allow for either travelling time or freezing cold winter frosty weather for older non-nearby clients who represent a large proportion of these classes. The local school kids should be scheduled later in the day after lunch if they don't like the Aqua music. It's just too hard especially in Winter to get up so very early in the dark and freezing temperatures to attend on time for 8.30am starts.

Positive experience: This Facility is Good; but could do with some Upgrading to its Shower facilities; especially disabled areas. Need for support handles in shower areas, & a pvc chairs to sit in, to help in dressing & if one feels faint or sick.

Fantastic experience: Can only comment on the pool part as thats al we use. the staff are excellent and the guards patrolling the pools are observant. Facilities are kept clean and there is two family rooms. Pool is kept warm and the temperature is well moderated. A couple of problems with the grates around the pool but usually fixed before our next visit.
