Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rude life guards, unnecessary charges for SO many things, huge notice periods for cancellations and expectations for you to physically come in the sign a notice period so they get the extra money if you can’t go in straight away. Not to mention CHARGING spectators to go and WATCH their children at their swimming carnival, joke!

Negative experience: U can’t even dive without getting kicked out for 30 minutes

Negative experience: I have no words for the management of this pool and their other pool managed by them. My child had an accident at one of these pools resulting in ambulances being called. The lack of concern from management at the time who I was told were at a Christmas party and zero communication since has me so upset. It is not that difficult to ring and check in , I just have no words for them. Even the running of Picton pool is nothing like it was with the people who had the contract previously. I will say the staff at the pool where the accident happened were amazing for never having dealt with something like this before and were thrown in the deep end trying to deal with this. On another note trying to cancel swimming lessons with them is such a task, let alone the over charging and trying to get the refund only to get utter rudeness.countless emails and phone calls to get something sorted out. I hope when the new contract comes up Wollondilly Shire Council rethink who gets it. I know we will never be back to either pool while it is managed by the current company, they don't even deserve the one star.

Fantastic experience: Expensive stuff. No seats underwater in the pool

Negative experience: Similar to Z K review, I have a daughter under 6 that can swim perfectly on her own and even whilst I was in the pool with her I was advised by the life guard I had to be within arms reach of her (she can easily stand in this pool). 10 minutes later she was in the 30cm deep baby pool while I was at the pools edge and again the lifeguard told me I had to be within arms reach. Then during her lesson she is left to play in the water at the edge of the pool and the teacher is 10-15metres away (which I have no issue with) but very much double standard. I am all for watching your children but this can be done quite easily from the pools edge . I have been coming here for years and never had this issue before silly new rule

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the facilities. Have been going for a year and now children 6 years and under in the smaller 30cm pool need to have a parent at all times following their child in arms length. Although the classes for children that are 4 years of age are filled with 5 children or more where the teacher leaves them further than arms length ?? Double standard… It’s really disappointing to see that I will be removing my children because of this ridiculous rule.

Negative experience: Constantly charge money when they’re not meant to! Heard of many people cancelling and continue to be charged and same thing happens with me and you have to fight to even get a refund for your own money. Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here via fitness passport even though I live in Sydney. It was nice to see the new facilities roll in after the switch from Blue Fit to Belgravia. I love the gym as there is a mix of people and generally not too busy. The classes are great too. Great trainers. Rachel (who has sadly left and will be missed) Charlene who runs great classes! and Eddie - who has definitely brought a new energy to the gym since starting up here. Hope this centre continues to serve the great community.

Negative experience: Tried to report a road hazard and found the website very difficult to locate anywhere to report the issue.

Positive experience: Great place to take the kids! However the grass area next to the outdoor pool is filled with Bindies, unable to setup towels and utilise that space.

Negative experience: Good staff and facility. Weird policies though. I wanted to pause swimming lessons for my son, but that incurred a $5 weekly pause fee. So called up to cancel, which they don’t accept, you have to do it in person. I went in person and cancelled and yet again another pause fee was deducted while it is “processing”. Apparently it takes 30 days to process the cancellation in which case they keep taking the weekly pause fee. Definitely won’t be rejoining in summer.

Fantastic experience: A great community facility. Outdoor and indoor pools including an aqua play area for the smaller kids. Outdoor bbq area. Not to mention the two indoor basketball courts. Well supervised. Friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. And much cheaper than anything you will find in Sydney suburbia.

Positive experience: Great facility but appalling service. Takes an age to get served or ignored (like today) staff too busy on their computers and not aware people are waiting. Also the car park markings are stupidly narrow, so many chips on my doors from close parkers. Update - 4 years later and still hopeless. Lots of staff behind desk and standing around not serving. Painful

Negative experience: they say they are open and they are not.

Positive experience: Good to see indoor pool open again

Negative experience: Service at the front desk is painfully slow.. The staff have little knowledge and are unwilling to fix mistakes made by them.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the lovely ladies at the wollondilly leisure centre. I signed up for a membership and it was my first day joing some classes, all the instructors we so nice and helpful, as was the young lady at the front desk. thank you for making me feel welcome and included

Fantastic experience: I really like this place, for two reasons. 1) it is cool and wet on a hot day. 2) they had a mad trout fishing frenzy where they stocked one of the outdoor pools with trout for the winter. It was epic fun. We snuck in our own worms and caught our bag limit in just a few minutes. We took the fish home and they tasted great..... well two of them did. The third one was in that stupid drawer in the freezer behind some ice blocks for months and I forgot about it. I had to remove the fridge and put it in storage for a few months while we renovated. When I went to put it back in it stunk and was full of maggots. I mean it really stunk. I had left the fish in the drawer with the ice bricks. I would have thrown the fridge away however I am too tight so I dismantled and disinfected it as best I could but truth be told it is still a bit funky. the wife never let it back in the house anyway. I was going to leave a one star review when it happened I was so angry at Picton Leisure Center but after sleeping on it (1082 times I have had to sleep on it) I decided it perhaps is not Wollondilly Leisure centers fault and I should rather recognise their unreal service to the local community and the hundreds of times we have been there for a swim which saved me buying a pool.

Positive experience: Just love to spend time in the water with the grangies after their lessons

Fantastic experience: Spacious indoor and outdoor recreation areas with both pools. Great staff both for service and swim lessons. Ideal venue for pool & birthday parties.

Positive experience: The pools get completely taken over by classes in the arvo so not much value for money at that time of day

Negative experience: I give it two stars because the staff are friendly. The way the center is run though is a joke . All throughout the afternoons on any week day they have swim classes and im talking alot too the point theres very limited room for those that arnt involved in swim classes. Its not even spaced out goes all the way up to 630-7pm at night . Iv even been there on a friday at 11am and classes are run from 10-130pm again taking up a major part of the pool. There should be discounted rates for these times as your experience is made to be very restricted.i like to go with my husband but because of all this we cant go on the week days than we tryed going on the weekends to our unbelief we found picton pools close at 3pm every weekend . The weekend is a time when there are no classes and families want to enjoy and he time off but your limited to a 3pm close time which is when its often the hottest time of the day. We now travel to Mount Annan or camden were none of this kind of thing is happening where classes take over the complex and closing times are early.

Fantastic experience: Excellent establishment. Swim teachers are fantastic. Swim lessons are also value for money. There is a gym on-site, basketball court, baby pool, kid pool and an outdoor pool. Good place to enrol your kids in lessons.

Positive experience: A nice place to swim. Friendly staff and covid safe. Only small concern is, to keep no swimming customers out of the designated swimming lanes.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym in the area, it’s a proper gym, it’s very clean and a free pool membership is included. It’s not just a fitness studio with a soundtrack. If I wanted to jump up and down for 40min like they do at F40 I’d do that at the local park or at home in front of the tv for free lol Highly recommend this place, awesome staff and great bunch of locals train here.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I took part of the ‘fishin’ on the 2nd of Aug, proceeds help raise money for the community. It was so much fun and the staff there were fantastic and extremely helpful. It was an hour of fun. Oh and we caught two fish

Negative experience: Took my daughter here for swimming had to walk out after 20 minutes because the chlorine was giving me a migraine. Not much ventilation so made it worse

Negative experience: No enforcement of no smoking even though there are signs everywhere outside. Allow patrons to be abused and threatened by other patrons who object to smokers smoking in this no smoking public place. When I asked if one of the staff could call their manager as I wanted to explain of the harassment from the female patrons. The staff member said they would not be able to get him as she was on her break! Most appalling experience, and staff were an abomination to say the least. Will never go there again. They need a massive change in their staff members and their duty of care to myself and my children was a disgrace.

Negative experience: Run down, filthy and the people that run it are very rude.

Positive experience: I have been going to WCLC for years and have recently started Aqua classes. Many of the instructors are fantastic, such as the night aqua instructor. However, the day instructor spends her hour at work sitting on the edge of the pool merely wasting our time and money. We are not motivated to workout, and with the classes being dull and boring many often leave the class early. I love aqua and love the 6 pm instructors and just wish that they could get someone else during the day. Someone who doesn't only care about her tan line and is more concerned with the people who have gone out of their way and time to get to the gym.

Fantastic experience: If there is an ‘employee of the month’, I believe Sherri should get it. She is such a truly fantastic employee, everyone else thinks the same.

Fantastic experience: One of the better aquatic centres in Sydney. Good pool layout, lap lanes always available. Prices fair. Change room floors are a bit sloshy sometimes, a problem with many pools due to insufficient fall in the floor tiles. Have found desk staff excellent. Some staff are overly keen to clear the pool coming up to closing, rather than progessively apply covers and move the swimmers over.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going to this pool for the last year since she was 2 during this time she has had 5 swim instructors all of them caring and fantastic. This morning I went to purchase goggles and the customer service staff spent 15 mins trying different types on her to make sure they fitted. I have not had a bad experience fantastic team highly recommend.
