Fantastic experience: Great facilities for kids play just little bit cold.. warm pool and well kept clean water friendly staff Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Beautiful pool with great amenities, including BBQ, showers 2x heated pools, however one does not have wheelchair access around it. Lovely staff, very friendly. Great kids splash play-not heated.

Positive experience: This pool is great but definitely needs more shade in the big pool for summer The middle pool is to warm on hot days And the big pool is only shaded in the deepest end which is too deep for the younger kids

Positive experience: Went today - 14/04/24 for the first time. Found the staff at the counter on both occasions to be real downers and didnt seem to happy about being there at all. First time when getting in and then on the way out buying snacks for my kids. The guy didnt even say hello or anything just put through the stuff with no emotion at all, was strange. Yeah will be back i suppose but hopefully the staff smile and learn how to great customers perhaps?

Negative experience: Not one single ramp

Positive experience: Usually visit this place with my client. Only drawback is that plenty of flies around the dining area. Staffs are really friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: I love my aqua classes here, with one exception A young aqua instructor called Dakota She never introduces herself to the class, I have never, ever seen her smile and she chews gum continuously throughout the class, not a biggie I know but motivating seniors, and all attendees to be more mindful of their health, takes a bit of energy and personality. She stays in one place and barks instructions, and never moves along the deck with an encouraging smile or comment. It appears that this class is just another boring chore for her, she couldn’t care less, her classes are awful.

Positive experience: Toilets and showers were absolutely disgusting when I went in the other day. Pools seemed clean enough.

Negative experience: This place is a dump, rubbish everywhere, pool had rubbish and gross items inside, I found multiple kids dirty nappies! The staff are so rude and don’t even care and don’t listen. I went there with friends for a pool party and they wouldn’t let us in the pool because it was sprinkling rain. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS POOL BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT EVEN ALOUD IN THE POOL!!!!! I am so disappointed and will never return to this hell hole!

Negative experience: Along with many other reviews I'm going to add that on the Friday I took my family, the changing rooms and toilets were disgustingly filthy. I saw multiple used bandages on the floor. No toilet paper, no paper towels. There was hand soap. Poo up the toilet bowls. Rubbish on the benches. Filthy unwashed floors. I thought the adult charge of $6.00 was excessive for a swim. Brisbane Council pools are $2.00 per visit. Really not great Just Sports. I felt cleaner before I came through the gates.I did report this to the staff and he said we have cleaners come in. He wasn't going to attend to the matter. Typical Ipswich council handing this pool over. Give us a hygienic place to swim. I'll go to Carol Park.

Negative experience: love the swim. But the staff at the receptionist are very rude. As I came in with my daughter for a birthday they gave every kid a band except my daughter leaving her feeling left out. I went to purchase food . At 1pm and they reckon sorry not serving hot food , like why not it’s only 1pm, they don’t smile just always a down face it’s only the males . It’s Sunday 12/11/2023 they look like they hate to be here like of you don’t like your job why do it.

Positive experience: After visiting these pools, I enjoyed my swim BUT on my visit the toilets and showers in the women's area were not clean, anyone would think that a rugby club came through with all the grass clearly doesn't look like it gets hosed down apart from the rubbish being picked up. To be honest I went home and showered. Pools are not heated. Memberships are a rip off, they won't tell you the swimming area is off limits for the day when schools come in. Honestly paying a joining fee plus a tag fee then your weekly fee on top PEOPLE its a rip off.... Someone should wash the area where the stadium seats are because it looks dirty as well. Good for a casual swim.

Negative experience: Appears most days it’s closed to the public for school swimming carnivals. It’s a business not a public pool.

Fantastic experience: The pool is good, well maintained and clean and fresh. The staff are good, too. The swimming squads are where they really shine, though.

Positive experience: Went to first aqua aerobics class, the instructor only interacted with one particular group didn’t really feel included. And when I got out they look me up and down which really upset me because I’m there to loose weight and feel better. I have massive anxiety and this took me a lot to get into a swimsuit and be vulnerable. Just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there . Routine was great.

Fantastic experience: It's a great place, my kids love it. They also love the chips and gravy that is made here. It's a good price and has nice shaded areas. It has a few different areas for different age groups. It was a great day out :)

Fantastic experience: Pool is well kept and price is pretty reasonable. Only thing was there was no soap in the women’s showers and very little in the men’s showers which is a little gross but not the end of the world. Other than that I do enjoy coming here.

Negative experience: First visit. Drove 20 minutes to get there only to be told they’re closed (even the kids play area) because of a swim carnival - frustrating as Google said they were open. My 3yo daughter was very disappointed & I don’t see why we couldn’t use the kids pool which wasn’t occupied by the carnival. Have tried other times to phone ahead to find out if they’re open to public but the phone is never answered - will not bother wasting my time again.

Positive experience: Great facility for all abilities & ages. Affordable & accessible. Great membership deals that work across all the 'Just Sport & Fitness Gyms and Leisure Centres'. Clean with ramps and segregated areas for groups, training, laps, gym area, smaller pools for family play and activities. The have large change rooms, lockers basic food, snacks and coffee. Birthdays and group events can be facilitates. Amazing trainers I highly recommend Aqua Zumba & Aqua Aerobics. ACCESS✅ Good Access with ramps and clear walkways to all areas, change room and toilets. There is no ramp into the big pool. NEURODIVERGENT✅⚠️ There is enough space to isolate and if you are swimming laps its great. Be aware that during peak group times it's noisy with loud music and many people so audio isolators or water proof ear plugs are needed.

Positive experience: Staff are great, it's always clean. I don't understand the winter times closing so early on a Saturday. I also think the smaller pool could be a lot warmer in winter. Was Luke warm at best last week when we went. My son was shivering.

Positive experience: Seriously.... A $4 non swimmers fee while my kids swim and I planned on eating and drinking here. Well maintained. 1 lifeguard on duty at 12pm, seems fine for the size of the place. All tables covered in drink spills and food mess. Lovely shaded kids area and half of lap pool. Great place, let down by a stupid fee.

Fantastic experience: The center has been doing its best to ensure customers are kept safe and happy. This is a great place to swim/gym and plenty space/activities for for all ages. As we more forward on restrictions I would strongly recommend families have a look at what is available.

Negative experience: Went today to do some laps, haven't been in a year or so. I kindly asked the manager if I still was a member. He spoke to me so rudely I was stunned. I was still a member so asked to cancel it. He threw a form down and said it won't be cancelled for a month. Which is fine. This guy needs some people skills. Omg never going back

Fantastic experience: I have attached photos of the entry fees 18/02/2020 board ,which I intend to keep updated . Good amount of latest equipment and weights . Little space for floor exercises unless you go onto the grass . Gym is rarely crowded though and space for floor exercises is easily found most times . Heated outdoor , partially shaded Olympic pool plus heated 25 metre pool . Children's wading pool with fountain novelties . There is a sheltered grandstand and lots of open grass . A few shade sails . But not enough shade sails for summer . Maybe bring a beach umbrella . Big change rooms and showers. All kept up to date and clean . Soap . Free lockers , just need $2 coin which you retrieve from the locker when you reinsert the key at end of your unlimited session . Early of a winter's morning the pool is a novel eerie sight with the thick mist rising from the heated water . Have not needed a foghorn yet . Good value fo unlimited sessions and classes at $15 / week if you join . I get a discount for being in a union . I will update photos of the entry fees board ☺ .

Fantastic experience: First visit here December 20th 2019. Great facilities. I'm a lap swimmer so it was great to have 4 - 5 lanes in the centre of the 50m pool just for laps. Staff were friendly with a lifeguard on duty at all times. This is my new "favourite" place ☺️

Negative experience: Not sure if he was the manager on site today (old grumpy fella) but he was very rude toward me as I entered the pool and also again as I was purchasing ice cream for my children. Would absolutely never go back here again.

Positive experience: Not many shaded seating areas.. They don't sell floaties, I thought was strange. Kept clean, large changing rooms. Life Guards always close by. Our first time there my son just loved the toddler area . His 3rd birthday was 4 months away so on my out I enquired about the bbq areas and bookings. The lady pulled out a book, we picked the date and time, she wrote in my details then told me they would call to confirm the booking the week before. I hadn't heard a thing from them, so with 3 days to go I called to confirm only to be told there was no booking.. I was then told they wouldn't be able to fit us in as they were fully booked for the weekend.. We had invited over 20 people I had to make a last minute plan, felt they could of handled this situation better and weren't apologetic after leaving me feeling distressed . I wont make a booking there again, but that hasn't stopped us from going back, my son enjoys it, my friends have their children's parties there. Its a good little family aquatic centre.

Fantastic experience: A quiet gym with latest equipment. You do not have to wait to use equipment as it is never over crowded. You can also wind down you session with a quick dip in heated pool.
