Fantastic experience: Great little Gym a hidden Gem in Lithgow for all your fitness needs you would be hard pressed to find a better place in lithgow to shake off those excess winter kilos.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, friendly team who know their stuff! They're always willing to help and have great classes available to suit anyone and any fitness level! They have standard classes like boxercise, circuit and spin, as well as an option for a Crossfit membership, Saturday Bootcamp and MMA fight classes offered also.

Fantastic experience: Train there twice and was happy with the facility and very happy with the area it's in which is a good spot. Friendly bunch and very competitive group great to see alot of young and also new to the sport uplift to the challenge keep up the good work guys and never give up as tonight il be back to do a 18.1 WOD with one arm as one arm is out of order. It's doable in this WOD as any crossfittor would say we can pretty much do anything right so wish me luck guys.

Fantastic experience: What can i say....welcoming, Great Family.

Fantastic experience: Was in town for the week, had no problems using facilities. Seriously had some impressive equipment, if you can't find what your looking for here you probably won't anywhere... Friendly attitude from staff and everyone seemed upbeat and keen. 10/10 would go again if in town.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, one of the most welcoming and friendly gyms I've been to. Being able to gymnastic movements as well as heavy Olympic lifts along with normal gym sessions is awesome
