Fantastic experience: Great gym , friendly staff, very clean & it’s got everything you need to get fit

Fantastic experience: Peak is one of the best gyms I've ever attended (and I've attended a few). The gym is clean and the equipment is modern. Bruce is continuously conducting research and ordering up to date, specific muscle targeting equipment. The new hip thrust machine is one I've never seen in any other gym in Victoria. I highly recommend checking this place out if your sole focus is to get fit. The recovery rooms are just a bonus.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym since day one — I was the very first person to walk through the doors when it opened over 10 years ago! The only time I’ve stopped coming was during COVID. As a female, I was initially hesitant to join a mixed gym, but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The friendly atmosphere and sense of community have always stood out — especially in the early mornings when the regulars greet each other with a smile. I originally joined for the 6am classes (perfect for early birds like me), and when they stopped, I found it hard to stay motivated. But I absolutely love the transformation of the upstairs workout room into the new Circuit Room. With all the new machines and great setup, I’ve found my motivation again and look forward to coming in as often as I can. It’s always been a comfortable, friendly, and motivating environment — a real credit to the team who have built such a welcoming community over the years.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Peak Fitness gym for the last 12 months. I joined initially as I’m training for Everest Base Camp and I have been using the altitude room but the gym has become much more than just that. The staff have been extremely helpful and supportive with my goals the I have really enjoyed the classes and getting to know others members and connecting for our common goals and health and fitness. It has been a fantastic 12 months and I can’t wait to see what more the gym has to offer with the changes ahead.

The gym is a fairly good size and up to date equipment. The trainers are very experienced and their weekly classes are a good workout & really enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: This place has totally become my second home. Very well looked after facility, super clean, friendly staff and Client. Special mention to staff member jazz, this girl has exceeded all expectations of what a professional gym receptionist/trainer should be. She is super attentive to everybody and addresses all her clients with such care and a Beautiful nurturing personality. She has all the time in the world for all her clients and will go above and beyond to help answer any questions or concerns with the most detail she can. Jaz is definitely an asset to peak Fitness and deserves all the praises she receives. Be prepared, if you ask her a question, you’ll end up chatting about all sorts of things Fitness related. For such a young lady, She is very knowledgeable and super switched on. My Highlight is walking in to do a sess and seeing her smiling face at reception. Well done Jaz

Fantastic experience: We visited as a guest of the Taylors Lakes Hotel and can I just say how lovely both the staff and the fitness centre are. Sometimes if you are a guest in this situation you can be made feel a little uncomfortable but this was not the case. On both occasions (5th and 6th of July '24) the staff were so friendly and helpful, showing us the facilities and had such an awesome attitude. Really enjoyed our visit.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the west! This gym has salt pods, sauna, altitude training and ice baths. Swimming pool is another added bonus. Very reasonably priced too. One of the best membership structures very flexible. This gym goes from strength to strength can’t wait to see what next year holds

Fantastic experience: The gym is well set out, has so many options compared to other gyms I have attended. It is more than a gym but a sporting facility and is attended by locals that are friendly and it is a pleasure to work out here.

Negative experience: (Their reply is a lie as my membership was active on the 6th of Feb and are implying I received an email on the 31st of January notifying me, also how can I partake in a class if they were cancelled the week after I joined!?) Do not join this gym. Unfortunately this gym has a lack of empathy and understanding toward their members. I signed up to a gym that offered certain classes and services which have since been cancelled without notice. I have tried to fairly negotiate a partial refund for my membership or to transfer this to a friend who will use the facility however they show no remorse towards the inconvenience caused. To have spent $900 on a gym that doesn’t offer me what I signed up for in my contract is completely unfair. Then to show a lack of understanding or compromise to the situation is a whole other thing.

Fantastic experience: I joined up with my 16th old son who is out of soccer for a year due to an injury . He loves what the gym has to offer and is contributing to his rehab . We both enjoy the clean facilities and access. I just wish the pool was open longer . Otherwise an excellent all round experience with 24/7 access.

Fantastic experience: Very well maintained gym. The environment is very clean and good. Hygienic place but a bit small. Staff is welcoming and nice, always keen to help you. Which is the perfect way to incline customers towards you. Gym area is always super you will always find a space for you. The changing area is clean and very well maintained. My overall experience is great with them and each and every penny worth it. Everyone should give it a try at least one time and I'm sure you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Staying next door in the hotel I wandered into the gym for a look around. I haven't been into a gym for over 20 years. Pietro was very welcoming and it was like catching up with an old friend. Awesome friendly place and if it was closer to home (Tasmania) I would be a member for sure. Facilities are well appointed and super clean. This gym is worth checking out for sure.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different places to workout, but Peak fitness stands alone. From the aqua spin & aqua unbound classes with Pietro & Nicola to the altitude room, what more could someone with bad knees ask for!! The staff are friendly and always helpful. Negative experience: When I first signed up I was so pleased with the pool however over the past few months the water is freezing! How do you expect client especially with ortho problems to adjust in winter? Staff are good however don't take client feedback seriously.

The aqua classes with Pietro are outstanding, there at the moment two classes and I would really love anther one, perhaps on a Wednesday.
