Manda has created something special: a space where you’re not just pushed physically, but supported mentally and emotionally too. The workouts are challenging, smart, and adaptable to all levels, and the vibe in the gym makes you want to show up and give your best. I’ve never felt stronger, more capable, or more connected to a gym before. This place isn’t just fitness—it’s family.

Fantastic experience: Love training at FYH! All of the coaches are amazing and are always there to help and provide guidance. The atmosphere is fantastic and everyone is there to support one another. I love the diverse and fun workouts that the coaches produce and how they help you achieve goals. Highly recommend signing up to be apart of a great, health based environment.

Fantastic experience: This place is more then a gym, it's a community! It's welcoming, fun and motivating. They have helped me stay fit and active during my pregnancy and helped me regain my fitness post baby. I love being able to bring my children to the gym so they can see all the inspiring strong people that go there. 10/10 you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Kempsey! All the coaches are very supportive and helpful. Members are all very welcoming and have a great community vibe. I have loved training here and stoked with how much I have achieved in the last 4 months. Where ever you are on your fitness journey, joining FYH is the best next step you can make!
