Fantastic experience: Awesome local gym with a great atmosphere. Big thanks to Paul the owner he’s always supportive and lets us train with our strongman equipment in the gym, which is rare to find in a commercial setup. The place is always clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serious training spot with a community vibe!

Fantastic experience: Great place. Pretty much anything you could need from a gym, they’ll have it. Staff are friendly, amenities are always super clean and always have soap etc The gym itself is always clean. Nobody annoys you and you can just go about your workout.

Fantastic experience: It is one of the best gyms I have trained at, ticks every box with regards to variety. You can train every body part using either machines or free weights. Great for body-building or building for any other sport. Furthermore, I needed a cambered straight bar for some of my exercises and the staff was good enough to get it for me as well. The staff are a great bunch of people and this gym is an excellent place to train. They cater for everything and anything they miss they are happy to listen to you and do their best to help you out. Also, I love the solid timber floor at every squat rack, giving a great stable base to do all your lifts. It's 5 out of 5 stars for me. Happy training!

Fantastic experience: I trialled a few gyms before settling on Plus Fitness Corrimal. The other gyms were filthy in comparison to this one. The staff at Anytime Fitness appear to sit in the office all day while the bathroom amenities are disgusting. Plus Gym is much cleaner and more hygienic. The staff are often seen wiping floors and equipment. The exercise equipment is well maintained, the air-con is always pumping and the amenities don’t smell. Really happy with this gym.

Fantastic experience: "Plus Fitness 24/7 Corrimal has just had a significant upgrade, and it is imposing, to say the least! I have been a member there for 5 Years, and it is one of the best gyms I have ever trained in. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional, and the equipment is state of the art. I have been doing resistance training from the age of 16 and at 75 years of age, and I am still reaping the benefits. Recent articles and studies have shown resistance training is an excellent way of improving health and well-being, both physically and mentally. What I like most is seeing older community members working out and looking to extend their quality of life through exercise. Today I made a new friend who is 78 years of age and looks great. He told me he felt so good that he could plan a run to Sydney in 30 minutes - and still have 28 minutes left when he arrived! I said I doubted I could match that, but we both agreed it's never too late to start strengthening your body and enjoy living a longer, healthier life. I am Graham (age 75), and I hope to see more seniors enter the door. We can't stop the clock regarding aging, but we can certainly make it run a lot more slowly. The rest of your life starts today, so get off the couch and start today! If you can't bear to leave your Netflix, the Cardio machines all have TV's with Netflix installed!

Fantastic experience: An average of 4.9 is well deserved for this Plus Fitness. One of the biggest gyms of this brand in the whole Greater Sydney/coast area. Great range of equipment. Lots of parking available on site and near by. Staff are friendly. Gym is extremely clean and well maintained by customers and staff, which is really nice! There's a great culture coming here. Lastly, the gym has been recently rebounded and refurbished... Some of the other rebounds around look quite unfinished or too " fancy furniture storeish". - they've done well with theres, and it's really made the place look fresh, sleek and "social media worthy". *** -this is the only plus fitness you should go to if you live in wollongong/ south coast or are passing through the area!

The gym space is amazing, extremely clean and loads of quailty equipment that accommodate all fitness goals, positive environement with friendly members always up for a chat. Fantastic experience: I am very happy with all that this Gym offers. I am disabled and the staff are always willing to assist me when needed. The Gym is basically on the one level and this is a big positive for me. The equipment in the gym is very good quality and always in working condition. The gym overall is always clean and tidy. The staff need to be congratulated on running such an accommodating business that is always looking to stay on top and meet the needs of its members.

Fantastic experience: Given it's a 24/7 I was really surprised by the quality and range of equipment, free weights and lift platforms and capacity for training types (particularly explosive and specific movement training). However, the centre has just undergone a massive refit with 70% of the older equipment replaced, all new floors and some rebuilt areas. It is now a WOW!

It’s a clean gym with a variety of equipment. For a female and for male. The gym has a friendly environment that allows myself to feel comfortable when going in. All staff are friendly and helpful in all aspect of my needs. Thank you very much for providing an amazing gym. Highly recommend that you sign up.

Fantastic experience: Appears tucked away next to a petrol pump but the gym itself is surprisingly large with two large work out areas, a third small one and a small private room where you can freely follow video work outs. Oh and multiple restrooms, well maintained. Staff are friendly and don't bother you as you work out, just keep in mind to bring a towel during this pandemic and rack your weights when completely done. Facilities are incredibly extensive. Treadmills, elliptical, bikes, steps, sleds, assisted pull-up, just to name a few, I'm just a beginner so only end up using maybe a fifth of the equipment/facilities they have at most. Price is also reasonable, especially if you catch their promotions,I definitely feel like I get my bucks worth as I try to go often and hey it's 24h (though lately due to pandemic regulations they're restricted). I will say that I've not used many Aussie gyms before, for comparison, but I'm more than satisfied as is.

Fantastic experience: Pretty big gym and heaps of equipment available. Alot of equipment needs servicing. COVID trading hours are pretty strange. Specially on the weekends. You'd think that during a time like this they would increase the opening hours to spread out the crowd and reduce the chances of infection but only open a few hours on weekends forcing people to go at the same time. Then again sanitisers are provided literally everywhere and a COVID Marshall on site all the time.

Fantastic experience: Corrimal plus fitness is by far the best in the Illawarra. Years ago I had a winge about the constant girly/gangster videos. The guys who run the place changed the entire music video system! This came at a significant cost to them. The place is SO clean. Best equipment. Heaps of space. And loads of little things. Friendly staff. Soap in the toilets. Constant wiping down of equipment with disinfectant. Bowl of free fruit. Very good people in this team and it's reflected in how the place is.

Everybody is really respectful of maintaining good hygiene, especially during these times, and the gym is kept spotless. I have been attending this gym for around 2 months and I absolutely love the welcoming vibe I am greeted with every time I attend.

It caters to every need from rehabilitation through casual users to serious power lifters, bodybuilders & sports athletes. The management is also very friendly, accommodating & easy to deal with. Been a member for 2 years with no 'incident' with either staff or other patrons. Have in fact made plenty of friends there. It represents great value as it offers so much, for no more (even a lot less in many cases) than other gymns. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get fit.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. Heaps of different machines/equipment, lots of weights with room to use them, and with a brand new section recently opended they have 2 x sled tracks, heaps of racks & bars for HIT sessions, boxing bags, and even with all this equipment its not cramped. The gym is huge. The staff and trainers are freindly, everything is clean and tidy, what more can you ask from a gym. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone!
