Fantastic experience: Started working with Dave after not exercising for a couple of years. At least 10kg overweight, unfit, unmotivated, and having trouble keeping up with the kids. Dave created enjoyable programs for me that quickly enabled me to shed the kgs, change the shape of my body and feel younger and better than I have in a long time. The app he uses is easy to follow, enabling me to keep to the program in between sessions and track my progress. He’s also a very nice guy. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Personal training sessions are great, very friendly, if you're thinking of doing personal training sessions definitely do it here, I have two days a week one thing I'd suggest though is you if you're seriously considering doing pt sessions then you need to never miss a session and try focusing on your diet and exercise. You have to be self motivated and then you can see real results quickly. The sessions have motivated me and I enjoy them.
Fantastic experience: Very professional and knowledgeable PT. Dave is friendly and easy going. He will set a program to tailor your individual needs. A clean environment with large array of equipment. Easy access and parking. Enjoy my sessions have improved my fitness to a new level.
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Dave for years, and it’s been great. He is knowledgeable and supportive - and always happy to tailor the session around injuries or goals. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get/stay fit.

Fantastic experience: I've kept coming back to Dave for many years as he offers a comprehensive and highly flexible service for your needs. Whilst I did my knee playing a game of soccer, Dave adjusted his program to help recover to pair and support physio exercises and allow access to his gym. I was glad when trying to avoid cliche gym bro type PT's that Dave is an everyday, realistic guy who wanted to holistically incorporate fitness into a balanced lifestyle and support not only fitness, but movement, injury prevention, weight loss and keeping strength for everyday tasks. Unfortunately for him, he is also expert at doubling as a therapist, with a ton of patience and a very natural way of making you feel at ease with comprehensive communication skills and by being very flexible to your schedule.

Fantastic experience: Dave has been a fantastic PT, can’t recommend him highly enough. He puts a lot of effort into making sure sessions are personalised to my goals. Ive learnt a lot and feeling much more confident . As a shift worker, I also really appreciate how flexible he is with session times.

Fantastic experience: David and the team at Dmac Fitness are absolutely stellar at what they do. They have created an inclusive environment for personal/group training that helps you improve your personal strength and fitness at your own pace. David goes against some of those bad stereotypes you may have encountered about personal training/trainers being aggressive and/or intimidating as he makes clients feel relaxed and comfortable during training with an accommodating approach that is friendly, courteous, and considerate at all times. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dmac Fitness to anyone who wants to get into a regular personal training/group training environment that is friendly and fun with great people!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with fun, professional and skilled PTs. I started going to DMac fitness to manage chronic back pain. I saw Blake for weekly semi-private PT sessions (I shared the sessions with a friend). Blake had great knowledge of chronic pain and developed exercise routines that worked in with my other therapies and my GP's recommendations. He was great at adapting to the ups and downs of my back pain, and then adapting again when my training buddy became pregnant. Sessions were always a good mix of fun and challenging work, and the gym is well kitted out with everything we needed for sessions. I'd tried PT at one of the big gym chains before and was disappointed it wasn't tailored to my fitness level, goals or training style. However the DMac PTs are genuinely invested in getting the best results for their clients - and in my case they did. My chronic back pain has almost completely resolved and I can lead a normal life again! If you're not up for private PT DMac offers group training (indoor and outdoor). They have a great community of fun and supportive members who I met at the group fitness classes and at their social events. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been completing personal training sessions with Dmac fitness for several years now. He is accommodating and very knowledgeable, even with now being pregnant. I'm not a gym junkie by any means, but Dave makes the exercise experience enjoyable and I have attended more session with him then I would have ever on my own! Dmac by far has been my best excerise experience and I cannot recommend him any higher!

Fantastic experience: Having suffered from chronic back pain from cycling, I started training with Dave three years ago. His expert knowledge and measured approach helped me rebuild my strength and flexibility so that now I am free of back issues and have the most well rounded fitness level I’ve had for years. I am constantly impressed that every session is pre-planned and tailored to my goals. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough, a lovely humble bloke who is amazing at what he does.

Fantastic experience: I can not rate Dave & DMAC fitness more highly. I started with Dave last November as a very unfit 50+ year old who hadn’t done any exercise or training for who really knows how long. Over the last 5 months my overall fitness and strength has improved tenfold. The motivation I receive in my 2 sessions a week is extraordinary and I entered my first ever 10km running event on the weekend and not only did I finish I did a PB . Fantastic experience: My wife and I joined DMac Fitness a year ago, setting ourselves some realistic goals. The initial goal was to prevent injuries that previous gym experiences had left us with. After a year of boxing, cardiac classes and some PT sessions, zero injuries! Strength and flexibilty have improved greatly for both of us. Gym is ideal for what we were looking for - casual and personable. Everything you need is available. A great atmosphere! Group classes are small and engaging offering a great variety of workouts. Give DMac Fitness a call, whatever your plan or goals for health & fitness .DMac will sort it. Very competitive prices too. Join with a friend or a group from work.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly gym for obtaining your fitness goals. I like the layout and the different types of equipment available, weights, ropes, rowing machine etc. The gym is private and just the right size. Dave and team are professional and tailor workouts to your needs. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can’t highly recommended DMac Fitness enough for Personal Training. I trained with Dave for over a year and in that time was very impressed with how much my fitness improved and how much stronger I became. Dave was always focused with helping me achieve my goals, and he always made sure there was variety in every session, as well as it being challenging and fun. Dave also pays very strong attention to technique so that you are always getting the most out of every exercise in the safest way. Fantastic experience: For anyone wanting to start a fitness routine, Dmac Fitness is the ultimate go to! Dave is an excellent, dedicated and friendly trainer who caters to everyones fitness levels whether you are a beginner or experienced. He keeps you motivated and also challenges you to reach your fitness goals which I found difficult to do on my own. In my experience Dmac fitness is one of the best parts of my weekly life as it is great to be around people in the gym who not only go there for fitness, but also to have fun! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dmac Fitness, Dave has help me achieve fitness goals that I never thought I would be able to. I always struggled to stick to exercise or a gym until I started training at Dmac now boot camp is my favourite time of the day.
