Fantastic experience: I recently trained at Strong 24/7 as a 'Newbie' to the gym & I have to say I was welcomed by not only smiles and enthusiasm from the trainers but from the other users of the gym. A great collection of new & old school equipment. If you're serious about just getting into a space and making muscle, definitely hit up Strong 24/7!
