Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Personal Training. We train in small groups so you have the benefits of your own space and weights, building community and gaining PT advice and guidance along with an affordable price. There is a wide spread of members of all strengths and fitnesses, shapes and sizes and ages and genders. I also appreciate there not being mirrors. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and enjoyed watching the team improve, change and grow as a business and a community.

Fantastic experience: Ever since my first chat with KG there my experiences since has been amazing, I've lifted weights I thought were just a dream, I have much better health overall and I like to bring my work colleagues there aswell. All the coaches are great from Mel, Scotty, KG, Kurt, Johnny, Arnie and Brayden. Excellent environment to rebuild yourself, met some amazing people there.

Fantastic experience: I joined URT in October 2016 - I hade NEVER been to a gym before and never enjoyed exercise. I loved the atmosphere so much that I never left! Over 7 years later and I am still going every day. The trainers are highly skilled and knowledgeable in a range of specialties and they are always accomodating to individual needs. This place is not just a gym - it’s a sanctuary. It’s a place I am comfortable being me and feel safe and supported with no judgement.

Fantastic experience: This is honestly the best gym I’ve been to and I’ve been to a fair few in the last ten years! The staff are so supportive with different types of training, nutrition support and more, they’re so friendly and know when to push you. The whole atmosphere there is very relaxed and welcoming. Would deffo recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to URT for over a Year now. Great Spot for structured PT sessions with very knowledgeable coachs and trainers. They also have a bangin Group Training class. All work outs and programs are written by fully qualified professionals and cater to all fitness levels. Since i have started training with URT i have noticed a marked improvement in my strength, thanks to the Targeted PT programmes written by the ever Talented Exercise scientist KG. It is a great place to come and just exist for an hour and socialise with like minded people, no judgement and great vibes.
