Negative experience: I have sent inquiries to this snap fitness asking about coming in and checking it out and I just get ignored. As someone already nervous to be enquiring about going to the gym, I now feel even worse due to not being able to get any customer service from this place. Don’t recommend for people hesitant about going to the gym as they will definitely make you feel worse.

Fantastic experience: The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful with their personal training plans, and 1 on 1 sessions. All staff is happy to help with any machine enquiries. They do need to fix a couple of their treadmills that are out of order, otherwise it’s a great and accessible gym. Shout-out to Leroy for being extremely supportive and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Gym is always clean, well lit, easy to get to and easy to park. Equipment is well maintained and there's a good selection. 24/7 access.

Negative experience: Cancelled within correct time frame and these scum bags have had debt collectors after me for months. Don’t go near these parasites. Edit to respond: Also my google name is not “fake”, it’s just my email address name. Not sure I’ll bother wasting my time contacting you again, as you have not been helpful thus far. I cancelled within 30 days and paid far beyond. Absolutely terrible service. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Train here 6 days a week. Staff are great, gym community is fantastic, equipment is pretty good, worth getting into and checking it out.

Fantastic experience: What was simply the most convenient gym for me is now the only gym I will go to in Townsville. After moving to the other side of town for work I went to a few other gyms that were closer to my workplace. That lasted about 4 days. Kat keeps Snap Aitkenvale spotless and is incredibly approachable, kind and informative. It was way too hard to leave after experiencing other gyms, so now I go out of my way after work just so I can come back to Snap Aitkenvale. The crowd here is friendly and the equipment is modern and plentiful. I rarely have to wait for equipment and if I do it's never a hassle with the folks who come here. Thanks Kat, you do a brilliant job!

Fantastic experience: I've been in gyms all over the country and the staff here are the best by far. They go out of their way to make sure you're all good they also know everyone by name! My favourite part of the gym is the small group training areas
